The dentist that was doing my procedures was a complete professional with the chair side manner of an angel! Dr H. Put me completely at ease! Never once did I become anxious. He always explained each step that he was taking and why. I asked if he was running for any office so I could vote for him. GREAT experience for me. I'm happy and I trust him!

This was a very pleasant experience. The office staff was welcoming, the waiting area was well lit and comfortable, the wait was no longer than 7-10 minutes. The dental hygienist was pleasant, knowledgeable, and compassionate. She answered all of my questions thoroughly. The dentist was gentle and addressed all of my concerns

I've had a great pain free experience with my individual invisalign trays.
I've also had lots of attention to details with the movement of my teeth. I couldn't ask for anything more. So far so good. Im really looking forward to the end results. Although I will miss all the individual attention.

Everyone was so welcoming and friendly! The prices were very reasonable, and it was such a relief to find a great dentist close by! They were very thorough with my treatment plan and prices. They made sure I was comfortable and answered any questions I had, highly recommend.

I shopped around for invisalign and was so happy to meet Dr. Kofkoff. Not only did they offer invisalign at a third of the cost I was quoted elsewhere, Dr. Kofkoff and her team were highly professional and proficient with the process. I don't think I have ever felt as comfortable at the dentist/orthodontist as I did with Dr. Kofkoff. She is very kind and always communicates what she is doing and why. She was very gracious with fitting me into her busy schedule for ad hoc appointments. Very grateful to have worked with her and for a smile I am proud of.

I hadn’t been to the dentist in years and as I expected, my teeth needed some work done. I felt embarrassed I’d let things go so long but never once did anyone make me feel guilty about neglecting my teeth. Lupe is fantastic and gentile and made sure I was comfortable the whole time. I’ve got several more appointments coming up and while I don’t look forward to all I have to get done, for once I am not dreading going to the dentist. 10/10 would send anyone here looking for a new dentist!!

I love my Dr hawks he is a great dentist. I will miss him when he retire. The nurse that work with him she is great I just got a cleaning she did a excellent job. Try premier dental you will love them.

I recently moved to the CWE and needed a dentist. I’d been procrastinating doing so out of fear of having a terrible experience.

Given this, I was pleasantly surprised by my experience with Premier Dental Partners. Dr Kofkoff was both understanding and knowledgeable such that I had no problem confessing my dental sins. All the staff I encountered were friendly, and I note they were particularly diligent about letting me know when something was going to cost money and how much.

Thus far I’ve had a checkup, two cavities filled, and am scheduled for another checkup in 6 months. Pricing seemed fair. Certainly no concerns.

I always have a great experience with my dental hygienist Peggy and Dr Hauser. The billing is often confusing though. I was charged more than I thought it should be and after a lot of research the billing person said it was for my husbands bill. That was strange to me.

I receive very compassionate and state of the art dental care at Premier Dental. My dentist, Dr. Theiss, treats me with respect in explaining every procedure and the reasons for how he is approaching the care, and all the hygienists and assistants are very skilled and personable.

The staff was so professional and has great personality, they take the time to to explain what is being done and ask if you have any questions.
I would highly recommend them to anyone that has to have any kind of dental work done, and would give them 100 stars instead of 5.

The dental care that I received was excellent as usual. My only suggestion is that the insurance rates need to be more accurate in the Heartland system. I was charged more for the services I received than my isurance company indicated on the explanation of benefits that I received.

Peggy the hygienist is fantastic. I have had several dentists there and they were also good. I recommend their service.

Great dental care, professional, compassionate and friendly. Dr. J. Hauser is the BEST dentist...EVER. I have been under his care 33+ years. Peggy is Exceptional in her role as Dental Hygienist. Very knowledgeable, she use great care in providing the best service...I love them both almost like family!

My dental hygienist, Sam, was very gentle in both technique and bedside manner. I felt truly cared for and that I was in good hands. The front desk staff were also very friendly, prompt, and knowledgeable! Would recommend to anyone looking for excellent, compassionate dental care.

I love this dentist! 0 wait time in the waiting room (you can fill out your paperwork online before your appointment). Maggie really got me together and cleaned my teeth perfectly. She checked on me the whole time and made sure I was as comfortable as possible and did not hurt me. I would come back in a heartbeat. The facility was clean and professional. They validate your parking in Laclede, I just wish they had told me this, otherwise perfect.

I’ve gone to Premier Dental for over 20 years. Just got 6 fillings replaced that are 30+ years old. Dr. Theiss got it done in lightening speed and painlessly. He is excellent.

Have been with them since beginning, very professional but personable as well. Staff all very helpful. My only issue would be that like all dentists it is hard if you have to miss a routine appointment to get a reschedule in less than a couple months. Very responsive if you have an emergency though. I love that they are always on time!
