They moved storefronts as of December 2023 and the new place is a little bigger and very nice. They are always super friendly and helpful.

Great customer service by lady (I didn't catch her name, she works in the morning) every time I go there! Very helpful, kind and professional. Goes beyond to assist and it's always a pleasure to deal with her.

The packages were packed extremely well, arrived without any damage, and very prompt. The staff understood the importance of the pieces & were very professional in our dealings.

Quick, easy, simple and fast! I came to this particular location to return some AT&T equipment as this was the closest UPS Store to me. The staff was extremely knowledgeable and helpful; this had to be the quickest in and out for me as it relates to shipping a package. It is very convenient that AT&T and UPS have this arrangement for customers. I will say, that it did take me to quick second to locate the location but once I did, the rest was history.

This specific UPS Store has the BEST customer service of them all! The people are always so nice and helpful + they seem to actually enjoy being there (which can’t be said about all UPS Stores). I actually have another location closer to my home but I specifically utilize this one because of how friendly everyone is. And even though it’s street parking, I can always find a spot!

Hannah did a fantastic job solving issues for customers weather on the phone or in person. It’s wonderful to actually see a kind people person. She served everyone professionally & with kindness.

I just walked out of this store & I had to write a review. I don’t come here often mostly for Amazon returns, but this store has the best customer service in the city. The line was out the door but that goes to show how good the are & it took less than 5 minutes to get in & out.

This is the only UPS store in St. Louis that I will go to anymore! Shardae is the most wonderful store associate and she was an absolute joy to work with. In fact, all 4 employees who were working alongside her (I didn’t get their names) were equally as helpful and friendly. They really know how to make shipping packages an enjoyable experience. The workers at this store are making a great name for UPS and deserve all the recognition in the world!

The customer service was outstanding. Sharday (I’m so sorry if I misspelled) was wonderful. She was so personable and just absolutely made my morning. After telling her about my wedding happening the next day, she seemed so excited and was an all around genuinely great person.

Seriously some of the friendliest people working here. I recently moved back into town, I had to drop of a package there, the guy working welcomed me back to Stl and said he was happy to have me back in town, even though we have never met! It really put a smile on my face.

This is a good example of excellent customer service, you never know how the smallest of positive comment and customer service can brighten up a strangers day! Keep it up!

This is the best UPS store in St.Louis, MO!! The young lady named Alexis was super nice and very friendly! She gave me a warm welcoming smile as I entered the facility even though I walked in right before they closed. She helped me ship my packages quickly and efficiently! While making me laugh the entire time! She has a great personality and is great with people! I think I might come to this UPS every time I need to send something from now on! Thanks Alexis for be such a big help!

I just left the UPS store on Laclede Ave in St Louis, Missouri--- and the employee that helped me, Asia, was absolutely amazing. Her supervisors or superiors or bosses or whoever needs to know that she is an A+ Top of the line employee & they're lucky to have ESPECIALLY considering the Current Work Force.

I brought my 2 blind friends here so that they could return braille readers. The return processes took awhile and was a bit more involved then first expected. Thankful for the clerk and manager being calm, confident, and kind throughout the process. I really appreciate it and UPS needs to award you for your top knotch customer service. Blessings.

I walked into this UPS store to print my resumé. I was super nervous about my interview later that day. Let me tell you about the most friendly UPS staff in the world! All of them had the biggest, most genuine smiles! They were extremely helpful with printing my resumé, and walked me through the whole process with ease. When I left, I realized that I wasn't nervous anymore. They truly brightened my day! Thank you to the coolest UPS workers ever!

I highly recommend this UPS store for their excellent customer service. They are very pleasant to work with and make you feel valued as a customer. They went above and beyond for my shipping needs, even going an extra step for me in which most other shipping companies dont. I cant say enough how pleased I am with their service. I must show my respect to those hard working UPS staff,I mailed a mail on Dec 15 to Denver,and the return mail happened to meet the “bomb cyclone” and Christmas holiday,I was expecting getting this rush mail after Christmas holidays since the tracking system showed delay possible,but unexpectedly,I received the return mail on Christmas Eve noon,thank you the whole UPS team being so helpful,the return mail was delivered couple of days before the estimated date,No words can express my gratitude,thank you UPS!

I have a shipping center 1 minute from my place but I choose to travel 10 minutes out of the way to this one because they’re so fast and efficient with the GREATEST customer service. Great attitudes, smiles and charisma all around. I love this UPS.

I was desperately looking for a place near the medical campus that does passport-style photos BUT would give the customer a digital copy rather than print them. I had previously tried CVS, Walgreens, etc. I had no idea 1) the UPS Store did this and 2) a UPS store existed so close to the medical campus. Employees seemed to care about customers and their satisfaction. The employee that helped me retook my photo several times as we were trying to get the right lighting, no shadows, etc. Great customer service! and they really seem to do everything. Who knew?

Had another fantastic experience and didn't even realize it was the same Sharde I had previously talked to on the phone. I expected mailing a book was going to be one of the many mundane choirs I needed to do today, however Sharde was very charismatic and a joy to work with. She turned what should have been a mundane task into a very pleasant experience which brightened my day. Would highly recommend!

I had some questions about package delivery with locations (including my apartment) having reduced hours due to Covid and my package requiring a signature.

After being in a very frustrating loop with the UPS customer support line for 15 minutes (honestly one of the worst automated support lines I've ever had to deal with), I called this location and had the pleasure of speaking with Sharde.

She could have very easily referred me back to the company wide customer support line, especially since at that point I hadn't told her I already tried. Instead she answered all of my questions, at the end gave me a tip on how to actually get through to a person, and let me know about the ability to have future packages go straight to their location for a nominal fee (which I will now be doing at least until my apartments admin office is available again).

Overall Sharde and this location were extremely friendly, knowledgeable, and overall helpful. I'll certainly be using their services more in the future
