Dr Frank took the time to explain what he was going to do. He was compassionate regarding my comfort level. The office staff is always very nice. I am very happy with the care I get from this offic .

I've gone to Dr.Demarco since I was a child. They treat you like family and are great at their job!!

Demarco was the first dentist I can ever imagine having since I was young. I know they are two brothers so not sure which one I am writing about but they were so rude to a dental assistant in that office one day it made me sick. Eventually I moved out of the area and switched dentists a huge filling Demarco did came out while I was eating I had another dentist fix it
On a positive note it wasn't a "bad" experience the years I was there just normal not above or beyond just felt like another patient.
But I will NEVER forget how one of the brothers treated this temporary dental assistant Infront of me basically belittling her and asking if she ever even thinks. The whole time working on my teeth she was so nice and genle but I could see she was on the verge of tears from embarrassment
Totally unprofessional to treat staff the way he did to her but especially infront of a client.
Positives: great dental hygienist when I was there , they gave me braces and my teeth turned out great they are now shifting a little but it has been 13 years.
I hope the dentists improved their attitudes and are not belittling people infront of customers anymore

Does not know how 2 do billing!!!!!! REFUSED a 17 year old care!!! I rate them a -10!!!!
