AT&T Store

I changed my cell service to at&t in Nov. I was having some issues figuring out the new phone. I stop in the murrysville store and a very nice young man, Jared McGillivary helped me out. It was so refreshing to have someone like help me. I've recommended him and the store to several people since then. He fixed everything I couldn't and explained more things to me in a way that I understood. I'm really happy with my new phone and will be visiting that store in the future for all my at&t needs.

This is the best At&t I have ever been to. They are always friendly and always figure out my problem. I recommend this store to anyone looking for an at&t.

Jared did a great job helping us! (Along with Zach) Due to our own issues, we had to come back three times! They couldn’t have been nicer and more helpful!

Zach was amazing! I had a catastrophe I got my phone service as you break I fix and they lost everything and it only had a cracked screen and he was able to help me through the whole entire process to get a new phone and we are possibly going to be able to recover lost photos of my mother who passed away and very personal and professional information.

Jake was great to work with. He got me fixed up in no time flat. My tablet is now working great.

Got 2 phones set up. Gentleman working by himself got through the customers in a timely fashion. And got me set up quickly and out the door. Respectful and gun employee.

Great experience at the ATT STORE in MURRYSVILLE, PA. Jared was VERY HELPFUL and ANSWERED all my questions . Looking forward to doing more business with him real soon. He is a great asset to ATT.

The guys here (Zack,Daniel and Jared) were great at helping me with my replacement phone. And even some follow up issues I had. Super awesome and knowledgeable. 10/10

Went in here with my mom, dreading the usual drawn out experience that phone sales usually entails in my experience. This was nothing of the sort. Zak was extremely helpful answering all of our questions in a timely manner, going the extra mile to make sure we had everything we needed, and then had us on our way. He was very friendly and knowledgeable, and I highly recommend this location and specifically Zak.

Zachary Jones the store manager took care of me so wonderfully he fixed what AT&T customer support on the phone cannot fix after 9 1/2 hours in three days he fix in 30 minutes. The man was injured on a crutch and still did a better job than people that had no ailments I would highly recommend if you have any AT&T problems, you go see him directly.

100 stars!! Customer service was exceptional. Zak, Chad and Jonas all helped at different times due to the AT&T business portal going down. All of them were phenomenal to work with. I was alone with my 3 young boys and they interacted with them, made me feel safe and even helped me when I was concerned about walking to my van alone. Would recommend!!

Devon assisted us with upgrading our lines (2). He was very easy going and informative during the whole process. He did an excellent job of explaining estimated cost(s) and overall provided an excellent customer service experience.

Zak is very easy to work with and is great

Zak and Toni were great. Even though Toni was in training, she was very helpful and a delight to work with. The manager Zak was without a doubt the best sales person I have ever worked with.
