If you get in an accident with one of their policy holders be prepared for a horrible experience. They take forever and avoid all correspondence with you. They rarely answer phone calls and take days to reply to emails. But when they total your car they want the title immediately. Everything is done on their time. Not to mention some of the folks are rude and the only way to make them reply is to be demanding. Horrible experience.
