Dollar Tree

This is the best dollar tree and I go to almost all of them.

The cashier, I believe was the manager, was ringing up my purchases. As we were talking and laughing an employee comes in to work making excuses why she was late in front of the long line I'm in. My cashier/manager stops her and in a very friendly and professional manner asks her to punch in and jump on a register to help her with her customers. I've been in customer service for over 30 years. I was very impressed by the way that manager handled the situation with the employee that came in late and how she was grace under fire before I got to the register!

Just left the Dollar Tree off Staple Mills & Glenside Drive early, because the store had to close; COVID health issue as mandated. I'm so angry that I had to sit in my car to write this review. The store was short staffed with one cashier (1st day on the register), but they were doing a good job with the workers they had in place. While in line, the woman directly in front of me rudely yelled and made sarcastic remarks at the cashier (who was doing a refund of some sort; I guess from an overcharge) because she had to get back to work. Instead of leaving due to her timeline, she simply stood there berating the cashier. As this went on, the man (certainly no gentleman) immediately behind me began to make sarcastic and rude remarks in support of the rude woman. He then began to yell at the clerk, the assistant manager and all the other women in line who spoke up in the clerks defense with his narcissistic attitude (in all of his 5 foot or less stature). In his degrading rants of insults, he bragged that he owned 5 businesses and that the customer has the right to be defensive; in between his telling all the women in line to shut up and that he was right. The manager told him that the store has a service refusal policy right in place and was refusing his service and that she would call the police if he didn't leave. At his objection and the last of the women defending the assistant manager's decision, he left with a promise to come back. All of this cruel and defensive behavior brought the cashier to tears and body trembling and had to take a moment to step away from the register. I appreciate her service as a Frontline Worker and was discusted at the demeaning attitudes that they are subjected to. Attitudes of self-entitlement has exceeded workers tolerance and the need for people to get back to work. Grow up people, would you want to be treated this way and have to render service to your abuser? Think about it!!!

This is a large Dollar Tree with larger selections than smaller stores.

Big spacious clean everything I wanted and then so many nice beautiful items stuff for the whole family. I was like a child waking up for Christmas you can't go wrong at this store.

This is by far the very best dollar tree store in all of Henrico Virginia hands down!. I love coming here to this dollar tree store they always have everything I would ever need and you cannot beat the price for there food that's a definite true factor and they are by far the best place to shop at besides what's not to love here everything's a $1 buck 😁

This is the best in Richmond. They are always stocked and always have someone restocking. I've never been to a better Dollar Tree.
