Hampton Inn Kalispell

The staff was absolutely wonderful. Helpful any time I needed something. The pool and hot tub appear to have a lift to make it accessible for any who may be wheelchair bound. If I get the chance I will bring my sister here. I think it would be easy to have her enjoy everything in the building.
Breakfast was amazing. I would have happily paid at a restaurant for what I had. Fresh and delicious.

For a one night stay it was perfect. Even for the money it cost. It was worth it.

Checked in without a reservation. The exterior was very clean and a spot to park truck and trailer. The lobby is huge, as well as the swimming pool and hot tub. The room was very spacious and clean. The only issue is the noise from other rooms, walls are thin. Could hear the folks next door talking and the people above me, but overall great experience.

Breakfast selections were abundant and never seen before very large pieces of bread! The attendant, I think her name was Debi, not sure though, was wonderful, actually all of the staff were great.. would stay here again, but try for 3rd floor room.

We stayed here when a blizzard was hitting and temps were below zero. The rooms were clean and all the staff was so friendly, from check in to breakfast. They managed to keep the whole place (rooms,lobby and pool area) a comfortable temp despite the negative temps outside. The exercise room and laundry were all nice and functioning well too. Thank you for doing what you advertise and providing a great service!

Came here with friends for a school event/band trip (Hello from NWC!). Rooms were very, very nice! Rooms could fit four people, two people comfortably. Staff was/is the nicest ever!! Breakfast is included with room purchase, and it has a very wide variety of food options (cereal, waffles, toast, eggs/sausage, etc.). Will definitely be returning whenever in the area!

Located conveniently near fast food, gas station, grocery store, and even a liquor store. The Hampton Inn is an awesome choice. The staff is wonderful, rooms clean, hallways quiet, and amenities plentiful. Fair prices and a clean and spacious in door pool with hot tub lend well to families and just couples alike.

I have no idea how I had a one star rating because I had never stayed here before. Stayed last night for my girls and we had a wonderful time. I enjoyed the check-in/out times are better than most places. The pool is indoor and open very late. Service was great. Rooms were nice and very clean. Location is also great. Loved our stay last night!

Nancy at the front desk is one of the best I've ever met in a long while. Let me tell you, a person like her is.. 1 in a 100 million. Polite, professional, and direct. This company is proficient partially because of the impact she has on her guests. Thanks Nancy -Will S.

We are locals staying here while our home is being repaired.. we’ve stayed at a lot of hotels in the valley for our once yearly family staycation and I can’t believe we are just now trying this!! It’s close to all of our necessary daily functions, and it is just all around comfortable! The beds are great, everything has been relatively quiet and decent, but I am writing this review to rave on the breakfast lady, DANA!! She is THE SWEETEST lady ever!! She is so enjoyable to chat with and has been so accommodating and sweet to our kids!! We will be back just for her!! It’s all about the staff when we stay locally, if we feel welcomed and at home with the staff we return and she single handedly won our business! (Everyone else has been great too but she is just above and beyond!)

Excellent stay if you are in the Kalispell/Glacier area. Especially, if you need to get to the Glacier airport. The staff was excellent, the accommodations were wonderful, it had a great aesthetic, and the amenities were endless. The best one being the free 24-hour shuttle. This is a huge perk especially in an area that is limited with rideshare And you could be spending an arm and a leg for surge pricing. I found out the shuttle will also take you into various areas of the Kalispell area So if you wanted to go in and get a bite to eat or do a little shopping, the shuttle will take you there. They have an indoor pool and jacuzzi which was excellent after many days of hiking. The staff was so warm in accommodating as well. The room was super spacious in the beds and pillows were very comfortable. This was really just an overall excellent experience.

Staff very nice. Accomodations very clean. Beds were comfortable. Breakfast good and timely. Did not meet anyone in the town who wasn't nice ..... very nice stay.

Me and my wife... we both spent the most beautiful vacations ever at this hotel.
The facilities, The room, Breakfast and Staff.. everything was just awesome. If you are looking for some peace and quiet. Hampton Inn its the "place to be".

Stayed three days here for the Montana State Grange. The rooms were spacious and clean and the staff friendly and helpful. Hotel is within walking distance to fast food option as as well as a large grocery store.

Clean, great hot tub, and the shuttle service from the airport was quick

I forgot my wallet in the room after checking out. Thankfully, the hotel employees notified me before I realized it was missing, and arranged for UPS to ship it to me the next business day. They also called 3 days after the wallet was delivered to make sure I got it.. (UPS left it in the apartment package room without scanning it so I didn't get notified). They went above and beyond in helping me get my wallet back. I cannot recommend this more.

Clean, easy to find. 24 hour pool and hot tub.

The room was nice and decent. The reason why I gave 5 stars and with no doubt I could stay here again will be for their staff. So nice and welcoming, all of them. They even gave maps and ideas of things to do around for the long weekend.
I appreciate each of them because they are trying their very best.

Nice room friendly staff. People in room next to me were loud until about midnight. But that's just bad luck...nit hotels fault. Only give 3 stars for service because of the breakfast in the morning...orange juice was watery, food was not available, bananas brown, ended up frustrated and left with no breakfast.

Desk clerk especially but all staff was amazing. Extremely dog friendly. Joined the Hilton Honors program after our experience here. Will be a loyal Hilton traveler from now on.
