We had a wonderful stay. The suite was perfect! My spouse, mother in law and I had lots of room. Everything was clean and comfortable. Lisa was so welcoming. We had the pleasure of visiting with her a bit over breakfast while she kept everything clean and organized. We will be back soon!

Rooms are nice and comfy, bathrooms are spacious as well and the late breakfast on the weekends is great!! Lisa at the front desk has been super kind and helpful for my boyfriend and our service dog. Her hospitality and graciousness has meant the world for us. If you’re looking for kind staff and a cozy stay I recommend staying here!!

Well before the fire this place was very nice. Clean rooms, decent breakfast, friendly staff. I was a guest when the fire happened. I hope they can rebuild I would come back

Me and my husband choose to stay here because the rooms are clean quiet and comfortable. It's our go to when traveling. Affordable, great breakfast, and excellent customer service all in one place!

First I have to say this hotel has amazing staff, especially Lisa at the front desk. I stayed here with my disabled father and his service dogs, and he was seen as a person, not a problem, and it really made a difference. Lisa was so caring and understanding of him that it really made us feel at home. I don't know what she gets paid, but she deserves a raise. This will be the only place we stay in kallispell.

The hotel was clean and very nice inside. The whole experience was positive but the highlight was Lisa at the front desk who was a wealth of local information and a pleasure to deal with.

Lisa has always been amazing to work with when I need a room last minute, I fly in for work randomly and it's a blessing to know I have a place to stay while I'm here. Rooms are always clean and never once seen any bugs of any kind.

Lisa at the front desk was amazing! Very friendly, informative and helpful. She made me feel super comfortable! She went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of. 100% perfect level of quality service! I will most definitely be coming back!

Our room was great! If I could give 10 stars to the hotel clerk, Shelby, and Mgr Bobbi, I would. When I needed to cancel a couple of days to my reservation, Bobbi was very understanding and allowed me to do that!
When you find a place that treats people right and also has great rooms, why wouldn't you want to stay here again!

Pretty darn good place to stop and overnight. 5 to 10 miles to the west side of Glacier National Park. Full feature hotel with free in lobby popcorn, free light hot breakfast, outdoor pool, exercise room, clean and wide hallways and our room was a little bit bigger than typical hotel. Place was clean and looked well maintained on the day I was there.

Quality inn Kalispell Bobby, you are amazing. I Can’t say enough good things about you, very welcoming and thank you for accommodating my needs. You picked the perfect room for us. We had great Internet service, the bed was comfortable, the shower was good. I love that they put two mints on our turn down bed. They slped the receipt under the door and wrote a big thank you on it. Those little things mean a lot. Bobby, thank you again for making the stop very pleasurable.
The hote is working o a facelift. Special things on special people know all about the adventure.

I don’t know why people gave them a bad review. I called to see if I could check in early and called me back when it was ready. Also we were flying out very early so they packed us 2 breakfast sacks to go! I had no problems there at all and appreciated being on the first floor!

I am there quite often, and have always enjoyed their welcoming demeanor, and high value for your dollar rooms. Spacious, clean, still serving breakfast. If you haven't stayed at this hotel, it is a must.

Steven who works here was the man! He assisted us throughout our stay, made corny jokes but also went above and beyond big time! We're talking he helped us carry our copious amount of beer upstairs kind of service. It was a pleasure staying here because of that kind of pleasant treatment and I'd recommend it for sure. He treated us like gold as long as we behaved and were quiet. I'd say we kept to our end of the deal so it was a beautiful friendship!

Cody at night registration is very very accommodating! He made us fresh, warm chocolate chip and peanut butter cookies at 10pm and brought them to our room... among several kindnesses he did for us upon out late arrival!! The outdoor pool was just the right temperature for a sunny day!!!

When. I first arrived I was little disappointed but the outside appearance. But never judge a book by its cover... it'solely inside and totally remodled.it including amazing beds.. all the staff felt more like friends by the time.we checked out. Definitely best hotel and staff I've encountered in some time. Rooms.were immacate and every day we had our rooms magically slotless.again🤣 just a great week

Rooms looked recently updated, beautiful bathroom. Even had two sinks, one outside and one inside the bathroom. Outside of the place looks pretty cool, and there is a lounge attached to the building you can visit. Would stay again
