It was very quick and fast awesome customer service skills I believe her name is Tasha 😁😍 she's definitely a awesome worker and she's cold with the customer service support and skills also the computer work ☺ she's very nice and knows all her customers and they are very comfortable with her I even felt comfortable with her and today is my first day being here and getting to know her she's amazing I would definitely recommend this store but not only that her name is Tasha Queen you are awesome !!

Ghetto location that don’t seem to wanna be bothered, the lady was annoyed that we entered and had questions about starting new service, so we left and the nice people at a real T-Mobile store right up the street were happy to help us set up 3 new lines!

I came on a tuesday 5.35 pm when the closing time is 7 pm and there's no one inside, I waited for more than 15 minutes and still no one showed up, don't even bother coming here. It's the second time it happens to me, and the third considering another store located not far away from this one, I'm now considering changing to another company

Went to bill and had to wait for over 30 minutes and still did not get waited on so I will go back today . Very unpleasant experience I'm a 72 year old senior.
