We had a great experience! We had to close early before the typical escrow on a week’s advance notice and move mountains to meet our deadline to keep our rate. Green Law PC understood our situation and made our closing successful within our short deadline. We were moving from out of state and had different state law requirements to consider which was explained well to us. Even coming into the office for the final signatures , with two kids under three, was easier than expected the team was equipped with coloring books and crayons to the kids busy while we signed.

In 2016 I worked with Mike Trella to purchase my first home. Now in 2021, I’ve chosen to work with him again to sell that same home. He is personable, easy going, and knowledgeable. He makes the process smooth and works hard to make sure his customers feel safe in his hands. His paralegal is amazing. Vanessa is diligent and super responsive.
