I can’t recommend this pharmacy enough—everyone has been beyond lovely and helpful on every occasion, including a nerve-wracking one where some medication was lost in the mail. Unlike other pharmacies I contacted, they calmly had the situation resolved within a few hours.

Great location and helpful staff. Good sales on some items. I’ve never had a problem with this cvs store in over 20 years

Very consistent. I believe I save quite a bit on their 2 for 1 sales. Pleasant cashiers.

Choose this pharmacy for convenience but I am forced to change to Walgreens soon! As said by other customers, the line to pick up meds is very long (20 min waiting time for a pick up), and the personnel is "borderline" customer-friendly and available. Not really a good business plan.

Though the woman at pharmacy cashier is lovely, the store is poorly managed and severely understaffed. Third time trying to pick up a prescription and line at pharmacy at least half hour long with one cashier. Changing Pharmacies.

Omg this store!!! 🤯 Second visit - ever - today & remembered why I never come here. Glenn, the person at the front register is obnoxious, rude, very disrespectful. She didn’t let me talk & kept saying my rewards weren’t in my card because I had a “different” card, what? That’s the one card I’ve been using for years. Same phone #. I get mistakes or system glitches do happen but you don’t have to be loud & disrespectful about it. And no, I don’t have any additional card or phone numbers. On a plus note, phones don’t have any reception at that store so you can’t even open your coupons / rewards on the phone. A joke really. 🤷🏻‍♀🥴

This is, unfortunately, the most convenient CVS for me. There is one employee who is absolutely obnoxious. I've seen them bully customers while providing service and at the register, and refuse sales without entering a CVS card, all at the top of their lungs. I witness all of this in the 30 seconds it takes for me to use self-checkout. It must be going on all day. Surely CVS has an awareness and some trainings to help this person be more pleasant?

Pointed out to the store manager (Farmington Ave., West Hartford, CT) that a bunch of 12-pack sodas were expired. He initially argued that they did not expire until another exact 1 day. I pointed out the soda packets said 25h and that it was the 26th. He then seem to get angry when he registered what I had said was correct. He then presided over me to question me about how I shop and look for expiration dates as well question my finances?!? I'm a military veteran and disability-connected; also I am a mental health counselor w/ an MA degree. Completely unacceptable. Apparently he considered me a lower class than he was apparently considered how I dressed. I did have my satchel/purse on me witch had attached to front a cover to overtly display my dog tags/military ID's. I led him to the aisle and area where the sodas were expired. He laughed at me as he walked away w/out addressing the issue. Other staff (non-management) had to apologize for his behavior. He walked away from me as I said "I was just trying to help." However, I do have a high degree of learning, a very well paying job along w/ inherited rental properties. My mother also started her own successfully therapy used internationally. So the fact he brought up my finances, was a very big mistake on his part. He questioned me about my finances. Despite my family being involved in therapy and property management, he thought it would be okay for him to challenge me. All I did was try to address his attention to expired sodas and the manager thought it was best to belittle me in front of the public; mock and laugh at me as he walked away from me. Other staff/cashiers had to apologize for his behavior. I love CVS but not this specific CVS store.

They changed the access to my account without telling me. I could not get into my account using the name I used originally. They now want to use my email address and so I created a new account using my email address but now they won’t let me use my prescriptions under the original acct. I understand their updating their software but feel that they should also creat a bridge to the new software for existing customers. Now I have to pursue help from customer care and none of their automated choices seem to include my problem.

They are lazy. When we call for a prescription or any problem/question, they tell us on the phone to stand by cause they are "busy". After 35 minutes of being busy, they pick up and do not even apologize. Guess they were to busy having fun talking among themselves while a customer is waiting, listening to crap music.

They can get anything right at this pharmacy! Let me put it like this, I would rather crawl on broken glass, while being doused in rubbing alcohol, in 100 degree weather for 10 miles to get my prescriptions from a different pharmacy. I think my point is Waterford crystal clear.
