My 11-year old daughter and I have been attending the monthly Family Yoga class with Erika and we love it. This class has such a good flow of poses, and Erika really engages the kids' imaginations as she talks us through each pose and transitions to the next. We both have felt very comfortable and have had a lot of fun. I am so happy we found this class!

Staff and teachers are awesome. Loren H has a great class Sunday and Monday. Great vibe. Events are all outside and online only since Covid.

Great variety of classes and a very beautiful studio. The instructors are top notch!

Nice environment. Not many classes to choose from if you work. One of the instructors brings up politics during the quiet wind down. Ultimately, the month unlimited is not worth it, but a ten class pass might be.
