Wonderful day at the spa! I had a really excellent massage with Jim who targeted all my areas of stress and Diane who did my mani/pedi! Highly recommend the package where you get both and also chill in the sauna!

My hat's off to Pam at artistex. I decided to treat myself to the ultimate spa treatment which was a sugar body scrub and mud wrap. The whole experience was about an hour and a half. Pam did an excellent job of consulting with me about my level of comfort of disrobe and explaining all of the steps she was going to take in the product she was going to use. Once I was ready and she started the sugar scrub it was really nice because it exfoliated my whole body. Then she applied a clay mud mask over my whole skin and the thermal dressing. While the thermal dressing was on she did a facial and scalp massage which was really relaxing. Then when that was done I used their shower facility which had all of the amenities I needed for a nice relaxing shower. Once that was done she applied a very nice subtle smelling moisturizer and did a nice hand massage and scalp massage again. They also provide hair dryers and plenty of bottled water and snacks. She was a true professional was very easy to talk to and we had a little bit of conversation during the treatment. She also respected the nice quiet in the room as well.

The facility itself is in a nice location in Westport and the inside of the building is lovely. Definitely come here for a service, they know what they're doing!

Once again, I must sing the praises of Dobrila for taking time with her personal attention and care when handling my natural curls! She is the best!

Daianny was wonderful! She gave me a much needed deep treatment and cut for my curls. My curls look amazing!

I literally got home from my 1-hr Hot Stone Massage with Anna 10 minutes ago and RAN to the computer to write this review! I have gotten hundreds of massages in my life and this was easily top 5. One of the most relaxing and overall incredible massage experiences in years. Deep tissue when and where I needed it, and more Swedish in others. The 5 stars is for the MASSAGE, not the "spa" experience, as I did not choose to use the relaxation room, sauna or shower. Highly recommend, I will be back!

I received a gift card for my birthday and on a whim looked to see if they had any availability today and was able to get in last minute. I have had many massages over the years but today Anna may have given me my best yet. I didn’t want it to end, so I booked another before I left! I found Artistex through SpaFinder. I had such a great experience that I will definitely be going back. I booked an appointment late the night before, got an email soon after with a calendar invitation.

I made an appointment with Jim who was amazing! He asked if he should avoid anything and focus more on something else. I told him my back has been bothering me the last couple days. He spent a lot of time working everything out. Perfect amount of pressure. He was super friendly and nice and talkative. He tries to get to know each of his patients, also tells you a little about himself too. Stayed a few minutes after the massage to chat. Great guy, great massage, great spa!

Pam gave me a really luxurious facial. I hadn’t had one in a long time. She took the time to assess my skin and make appropriate recommendations based upon her analysis. It felt really good. The salon is very clean and conveniently located close to my home. I will definitely go back.

Had a massage done here for the first time. Jim did a great job. Just the right amount of pressure for me. The room was dark and the background music soothing. I felt so wonderful coming out of the spa.

Diana, the manicurist, did a lovely job on my gel manicure. She takes her time and is very focused on doing her best work. Such a pleasure to have my nails done at Artistex!
