I have been looking for new insurance since my husband and I decided to join our policies together after getting married!! Rebecca was recommended to me by a coworker, and I couldn’t be happier. Originally the price she quoted was higher than what I was willing to pay, but with some discounts added in and some new policies added into my car and renters insurance we ended up being lower all together, than I was paying for just me with my previous company. Thanks so much!!

I've been searching for new insurance bundles (it's always good to check every year or two) and worked with Rebecca on what options I have for home and vehicle, and even for personal articles regarding my work equipment. She was very knowledgeable and professional, quickly getting me the information I needed to make a decision. She even went above and beyond and informed me of the option for a 20 year Life Insurance plan which was an added bonus to making sure all aspects of my needs are covered. Highly recommend.

I recently needed to obtain an Additional insurance agent. These guys went above and beyond with both my home and auto coverage! They saved me money with options, I did not know were available and at the same time increasing my homeowners coverage to provide me with replacement coverage, especially necessary in today’s building market.

Needed to transfer my auto/personal policies over after moving to Montana from NE. Rebecca was incredibly helpful in getting everything set up and moved over. I ended up asking a lot of questions and inquiring about insurance for my business, and she responded timely to everything. Definitely one of my best experiences working with an insurance office.

I have reported before that Dan and his team are true professionals and they are. But recently they proved themselves again and have exceeded my already high expectations. Sometime you do not know just how great they are until they are tested. I was hitting a brick wall with State Farm direct. After a couple days of not getting anywhere- I called Dan. I explained my concerns and he said he would look into it and get back to me. Well, in less than an hour I heard back from State Farm and the issue was resolved to our satisfaction. I truly believe without Dan's assistance- I may still may be trying to resolve the issue. If you are looking for a Great Insurance Team- you have found them here. Dan was by our side and on our side. We have no reason to look anywhere else for insurance! And this comes from someone who works for a company that also sells insurance. Keep up the Great Work team! I know you will.

Rebecca has great customer service skills and quickly takes care of her commitments. I can tell she really cared about us. It didn't hurt that her State Farm rates were excellent. She made our switch to State Farm very easy. Dan should be very to have her as a employee.

Dealing with Rebecca was an absolute blessing! When conversing about life insurance, it's more of a personal thing with her rather than just a job. Her and I def connected, she got my humor and it was a very comfortable, informative experience! I could go on and on but I am very pleased with her having handle the policies I just started up.

I never take the time to write reviews, my experience with this office compelled me to....insurance is one of those necessities in life, we have to have it, for a variety of things and as a constant... you pay for it and hope to never need it. When you do need it, or have questions or updates or life changes that's when the experience matters!!!! Dan and his staff made all the difference! They are knowledgeable and patient and made the entire process stress free. It is apparent they genuinely care about their clients and really love what they do! Insurance Rock Stars!!! Called and left a voicemail about getting a quote from a recommended agent, Rebecca Pankow. Was not expecting a call back as it was later in the day but not too long after I got a call from her. She was phenomenal to work with on the phone. Gave me all the details I needed, helped compare my current insurance with State Farms, and made me feel very confident about switching insurance over, while also just being a lovely person to talk to with a delightful personality. She was refreshing to talk to, especially with a lot of insurance agents being a little dry. Highly recommend calling Rebecca if you're looking for new insurance options!!

Switch to SF- Dan Schneller's office from Farmers Ins. and they saved me $86 monthly on coverage. Was off the phone and completely switched over in less then 15 minutes. Great customer service and friendly staff!!
