Delponte Plumbing & Heating

I use Delponte for plumbing for a while now on multiple renovations and have been super pleased with their work. Now that they offer electrician services, that has been a huge game changer. Electrician - James is super personable and his work is on point. He also seems efficient given some of the challenges with my multiple remodels. He came in when another electrical company stopped doing residential and never told me. Plumbing - have had a few plumbers from Delponte. Don particularly has been great to work with. All have been great. Everyone is reliable, dependable, good work quality and I think the company is competitively priced given the service level, work and effort. On top of that a lot of the issues they have been resolving are prior home owner special projects so some of it has been uniquely challenging. I don’t bother to solicit multiple bids because I have worked with them enough that I know the job will get done properly. As someone who has hired multiple electrician and plumbers since I purchased this house 2 years ago, they have been the best.

Ozzy and Joelle did a beautiful job installing a new bathroom sink and also fixing a frozen spigot. Ozzy explained everything, each step. They cleaned up everything, even gave me advice on what to do with the cartons everything came in. John DelPonte plumbing has always provided great service for us for many, many years! Ozzy was just excellent!

Had a great experience with Delponte Plumbing & Heating servicing and repairing my mini split units. Not only was I scheduled quickly, but he actually showed up on time! The tech also provided tips on how to run the units properly which would reduce future service calls.

I can't say enough good things about Delponte Plumbing. I had a complicated plumbing issue that Steve Sleeper was able to diagnose and solve. He's the best! Of course, as can happen with plumbing issues, a hole may need to be cut in the wall or ceiling to access plumbing. Steve let me know that the company brought on Carlos Valves-Garcia who does patching repair. It's a perfect synergy all in one stop. If that wasn't good enough, after Carlos did a fantastic patching job, he mentioned that they are also getting into some home improvement projects. Ironically, I had a damaged tile shower curb that I needed replaced. It was a small job and I was having difficulty finding someone who would do the job. I showed Carlos, and not only did he say he could do the job, but he was able to locate a slab of marble that matched the original tile we had. The best part was that his work was impeccable, better than the original. It's so hard to find good contractors, but Delponte makes it easy to take care of a lot of needs all in one place with Steve, Carlos and the rest of their amazing team! We are more than pleased with the electrical work done on our house.
We had several electrical outlets added including hiding the wires for our wall mounted big screen tv. The new light mounted outside over our pool area is incredible. Everything was delivered on time and with outstanding professionalism.
We’ve been a longtime customer of DelPonte plumbing and expect to be the same with their electric team too.

I can’t say enough great things about Delponte plumbing. Every time I’ve had an issue they’ve come out promptly. This time they arrived within 20 minutes of me calling! Steve is great. he’s patient and explains everything very clearly and is extremely knowledgeable.

Robert was terrific! Professional, knowledgeable, explains what he's doing and he went the extra mile and fixed the drip in my (beloved) 20-year old faucet whose style I love and now I don't have to replace it. I've been using Delponte Plumbing for over 25 years and they never disappoint.

From my first phone with Jean to the finished job with Ozzy Vale the entire process was painless. Ozzy explained what he was doing, what my choices were and what he recommended. Within a little less than an hour and a half the project i dreaded having done was complete! I definitely will put them on my to call list for any future projects.

All around a great call. Robert came out to service a leak in the tub, found the issue with ease and solved within minutes. While he was here had an inquiry about our sump pumps he said that is a job they could get done no problem. 1 week later Robert was here and got the job done within a couple of hours. Robert was very kind and professional, explaining things throughout the process. Will absolutely be using their services again in the future.

I spent time with Robert Crosby today while he fixed a nasty and somewhat complicated leak at my house. He found the source of my problem and completed the job meticulously. All the while he explained each step to me and let me watch to be sure I understood exactly what he had to do AND why.
After finishing he cleaned up and left my house as if he wasn’t here. He is so knowledgeable and has a wonderful personality it was a pleasure to have him here.

DelPonte is always such a delight to work with. They are so quick to get someone out to my house when I have an issue. Ozzy is by far the best! He is so efficient and always so helpful explaining what is happening when we have a problem. I would recommend them over and over!

This longtime California boy (ha ha!) suffered a hard winter pipe freeze while on the road. Came home to burst pipes and flowing well pump water. Stopped the flow by shutting off power, fortunately. Delponte Plumbing was recommended to me and Renee' returned this stranger's call on a Sunday afternoon. Seemingly out of nowhere, these lovely people arrived at 800 on Monday morning and stayed, sometimes five workers at a time, for five days until the work was done. Their busy company schedule was totally compromised by my emergency but I was never made to feel the fool or any annoyance. Professionals Robert, Don, Steve, Carlos, Mason and especially Renee' saved my bacon. Thank you!

Delponte is amazing! We called in a tub drainage issue on Friday and they were able to get us scheduled for first thing Monday morning. Ozzy was great - very personable and knowledgeable. Thanks, Ozzy and co.!

Have used this company for over 40 years. Every experience has been professional and courteous. Rene is responsive to calls and handles emergency calls efficiently. I recently renovated a bathroom and was very pleased that appointments were timely and workers arrived promptly, estimated times were kept and they cleaned up when they were finished. This is a company with high integrity and quality work at a reasonable rate.

Robert and Mason just finished putting in new pipes and shut off valves in our kitchen. They came on time and finished the job very quickly and efficiently. Delponte Plumbing and Heating are great!

Robert Crosby and his helper arrived at our home within 30 minutes of our phone call to Delponte Plumbing on Friday morning, 1/12/24. Mr. Crosby immediately began to try to determine from where water running down basement wall and onto floor was originating. Within 15 minutes after arriving, his helper was called away to aid in hot water heater installation elsewhere. Solo for the rest of the day, Mr. Crosby persisted in search until pinpointing problem was Crack in pvc pipe within wall behind lower cabinet near kitchen sink. He then began complicated fix, cutting cabinet backing, shelving, sheet rock, and basement pipes until all compromised pipes both on first floor and basement, were replaced. Then, he conducted tests to prove no water leaks existed. Mr Crosby diligently labored well past his normal work day in order for us to have running water in house, and have no fear of any water leaks. Throughout process, he remained polite, thoughtfully analyzed each step as to how best to proceed, and still save as much of my shelves and solid wood cabinets as possible. I recommend Mr Robert Crosby to anyone who needs a knowledgeable, thoughtful plumber. MRS. Puskarz

Robert got to my house promptly at the start of the time window that I was given. He was professional and explained the issue with our leaking sink. He resolved the problem, the sink no longer leaks. I’m happy with the results.
