Tony and Miri from Jet Plumbing were truly fantastic to work with from start to finish.

We contacted Tony because of a leak in one of our pipes, and he came out with his brother, Miri, to assess and address the issue. They were able to come out quickly, arrived within the estimated timeframe, and they even gave us a heads up when they were on their way. They assessed the issue thoughtfully and thoroughly, and they gave a fair and transparent assessment of the work that needed to be done and the cost of services. The price was super reasonable, and I was so impressed and relieved that they were able to work on it right away.

Their work was top-notch quality, efficient, and detailed. Tony and Miri both took the time to explain what they found once they started the work and how they fixed the issues, and they were able to extend some of the new piping so we could mitigate any future problems in that area.

I also want to highlight their overall thoughtfulness too-- they were respectful of the space they worked in, and they even went so far as to vacuum up the bathroom area because they had to cut into the ceiling to address our issue. I couldn’t believe how nice and clean they left everything-- truly professional and respectful!

My husband and I know who to call whenever we have any plumbing issues-- Tony and Miri are the best, and I will highly recommend anyone to use their services!!

I called Tony, the owner of Jet Plumbing, late on a Saturday afternoon with an emergency. He called me right away and helped me figure out the solution over the phone. Super nice guy. Highly recommend.

I am very tall and scheduled for knee repalcement in July. The surgeon suggested I get a taller toilet, so I called Tony at Jet Plumbing. Tony not only came right away and installed a 21" toilet, but he also installed, free of charge, a 2" booster seat which has made my life so much more comfortable.

Based on all the positive reviews, I decided to give Jet Plumbing a try. I am very glad I did. Tony was wonderful with his prompt, professional service and fixed my leaking toilet. JET Plumbing, LLC installed our water heater. We did our research and got a couple of quotes from other plumbing companies but we did not want to spend a fortune on the installation of a new water heater. We went from an electric water heater to a gas water heater. JET Plumbing provided us with a very reasonable price and they were recommend by some of our friends who have used them in the past.
We agreed on a very generous price and time for installation. The owner of JET Plumbing showed up on time and started to work on our water heater. He was punctual and very careful when walking in and out of house. He made sure that he did not leave a mess behind.

He was very professional and made sure that we understood every step of the installation process. I cannot say enough about JET Plumbing’s service and prices. I wish we would have discovered this company sooner. This is a five star company and I would recommend it to anyone who is looking to hire an inexpensive company with great service.

I highly recommend Jet Plumbing. Tony and his brother, Miri, are prompt, courteous and professional. They have performed several jobs at my home over the last few years ranging from replacing my water main shut off to fixing exterior pipes/spigots. They’ve always explained what needs to be done and completed the work timely and efficiently.

Tony is amazing… plain and simple. He is responsive and professional. We had a basement full of water and Tony was there immediately. He gives you multiple options for the repair to fit any budget. He is a lifesaver! I would recommend him and will be using him again.

We reached out to JET Plumbing because of a slow draining bathroom sink that was keeping standing water for days. Tony responded to our voicemail within hours and we were scheduled for the next morning. Miri arrived on time and with a smile. The drain cleaning was done efficiently (ended up working on two bathroom sinks!) and care was taken to keep our home clean throughout the process. We have other non-emergency plumbing concerns to address in the future and look forward to contacting JET when the time comes. Thank you!

Tony and his brother did a fantastic job replacing the main stack and several other old pipes and drains in my 1959 house, one of which was behind a wall in the guest bathroom. Tony was able to cut open the wall in a such a way that all the seams were hidden behind the vanity and toilet once fixed, so nothing was noticeable.

They were friendly and worked hard to provide the best experience possible. They also wore masks and foot protection in the house, which is appreciated.

Tony provided a thorough explanation of everything that was done and had a very fair price! I would definitely call them again for any plumbing needs.

We were doing a bathroom re-model and our stop valves on our toilet and sink started leaking, we had to shut off our water main to the house. I called Tony at Jet Plumbing (which was after hours, about 6p) and he returned my call w/in 45min and came about an hour later around 7:30p. Tony and his brother replaced both stop valves and we got our water back. They were very responsive, friendly, clean and professional and I highly recommend using Jet Plumbing! I will use them for all my plumbing needs in the future.

Tony responded to my call late on a Friday night, and he and his brother were able to fix my problem with no issue at all.
He had to replace my waste and overflow tub drain brass unit through tight access point. He could have opted to easily access it from my kitchen ceiling, but he was able to avoid cutting a hole in my ceiling by utilizing the tight access right behind my tub.
He was very nice to work with and helped explain the issue to me well. If I ever have any additional plumbing issues, I am going to call Tony.

EDIT: this edit is from 1 year after I wrote the above review. Today I had to replace my water heater. Tony took my call early in the morning and within 5 hours the job was done. Tony and his brother ordered a new water heater, had it delivered within an hour, removed my bathroom vanity in order to access the old water heater, removed the old water heater, installed the new water heater, reinstalled the bathroom vanity, and cleaned everything up. Looks like nothing even happened in there. They’re very professional, clean, and helpful.

Tony is the best around. Late at night my hot water heater started to leak. By 7am the next morning, Tony had called me back, stepped me through the necessary process in shutting off the water to stop the leak and was working on the replacement less than an hour later. Not only was Tony beyond professional, his kindness to the stressful situation (I had to leave for a work trip by noon the day of the repair) was unparalleled. You have found a customer for life! Can't speak highly enough!

Very pleased with this service. Tony came to my house to troubleshoot a leaking pipe. He quickly identified the issue and thoroughly walked me through the issue, presented different repair/pricing options & made the repair (all within less than two hours). His prices were fair and reasonable. It can be hard to find a good plumber, but I would highly recommend Tony and JET Plumbing. I will be using them again if I have future issues.

Tony is incredibly friendly, taught me how to fix one of the issues on my own, gave me follow up instructions for his work, and all at what I felt was a very fair price. I had a great experience with Tony! I had a shower leak and needed to have the plumbing replaced. I chose Tony because not only was his quote less expensive than others, but he also provided a lot more detail and forethought when he came to look at my issue. He and his brother did the repairs quickly and were able to problem solve any issues that arose. They were very friendly and respectful, making sure everything was cleaner than when they arrived and wore masks the entire time.

I also found out after the repair was done that my plumbing leak had previously reached the unit below me. I needed some additional documentation from Tony for my insurance claim and he sent over everything I needed very quickly to help get it resolved. Overall, great experience for my first homeowner issue!

I could not be more satisfied with my experience with Jet Plumbing from start to finish . Tony was extremely accommodating with the timeframe I needed him to come. He always answered immediately and was very pleasant all the time to work with!!!! On the job he performed, we had a couple options and I never felt pressured to make a decision. Tony gave us a reasonable price which was wonderful of course and the work was of course great because leak is stopped!! I don’t normally take the time to rate or drop a comment but Tony from Jet plumbing was outstanding. My wife and I returned home after a 3 week vacation and noticed a leak in our basement. We contacted Jet Plumbing and spoke with Tony.
