We aren’t insured here but I called and had some questions the gentleman was so kind and helpful!

I have used Tinseth & Associates for many years now and have always been completely happy with their service and prices. I've even shopped to make sure I was getting good rates and no other company has ever been able to beat them! I use them for my auto, home, health, and most recently investment property. Even my lender was impressed with their pricing! Excellent customer service too!

Sherry and Rod have been my agents for over 20 years. They have always treated me with the utmost respect and been very good anytime I needed anything! I have had them insure everything from my business to my autos. Great people and very caring!!!

We've been insured with Tinseth and Associates for nearly 15 years. They handle all of our insurance needs. Over the years,we've had concerns and questions that involved insurance related issues, and Rod and Sherry have always stepped up to the plate to make sure our questions were answered satisfactorily and our insurance needs were met in all areas. The most impressive and memorable experience we encountered regarding insurance concerns was an incident involving an accident where a driver drove onto our property, hitting a building, causing damage to it. The driver's insurance company refused payment for the damage. Sherry revealed her pit-bull qualities in not giving up on her customers and not giving up on issues regarding integrity. When all was said and done, with Sherry absolutely not giving up on us, the driver's insurance ended up paying the claim. We are more than satisfied with Tinseth and Associates' commitment to their customers. We are in our golden years and have done business with several other insurance companies over the years, before going with Tinseth and Associates. We've never been as satisfied with our insurance coverage as we are with Tinseth and Associates. They operate with utmost integrity.

I have been a client of Tinseth & Associates for over 10 years. They insure my residence, my lake property, my warehouse, my cars & trucks, and a number of personal & business rentals I own. I had worked with at least a half dozen other agencies before finding Rod & Sherry Tinseth. It would be impossible to count all the insurance-related problems I've encountered, only to find that if Sherry Tinseth didn't know the solution, she worked for me until she found it. Recently she went to bat for me knowing she wouldn't receive anything but my gratitude for her efforts. Since that would not have been enough considering what she did, I'm writing this review to tell you that you can not, you will not find a better insurance agency than Tinseth & Associates! I hasten to add that both Rod & Sherry are as pleasant on a personal level as they are competent & honest in business! In fact, I'd give them SIX GOOGLE STARS if I could.

Sherry went out of her way to spend time making sure that I was educated on the features of my insurance plan. She readily available to help when I need it. Nothing beats having a local agent that you feel like you know on a first name basis.
