This is certainly the best laundromat I've ever been to and I'd highly recommend coming here if you're in need of laundry services.

Very clean. Not sure how price compares to other laundromats. Easy coinless machines. Plan to return here when I need to wash my comforters again.

By far the cleanest laundromat I've ever been to. The machines have always been in working order when I've gone in and I love that they have different sizes for all of your needs. The manager Sue was there the first time I went in and very patiently taught me how to put money on my laundry card. I've gone in at other times as well and it seems that all of the staff are very friendly. If I'm ever there after staff hours I still feel safe due to the video monitoring. I have also seen little crafts for the kids to do, I wish the staff at other laundromats I've been to would've thought of that when my kids were little. Since I've found Laundry Works I truly don't think I'll ever go anywhere else. Highly recommended!!!!

My husband and I travel a lot, so we’ve washed our clothes in many places. The Laundry Works meets all of our preferences. It’s clean! Super important! It has an attendant and she was friendly. The washers cleaned and rinsed well then left the cloths kind of dry. The dryers dried everything, even the towels, in 30 minutes without cooking them. We washed 3 small and 1 medium load then used 2 dryers for less than $20.

All this plus it’s located in a nice little shopping center that feels safe. There are picnic tables outside in a grassy area. They might belong to the Asian restaurant next door, but there are no signs. The Tigers Belly looks yummy from the menu, so we’re going to have dinner there next time. Looking forward to laundry day!

This was my first experience at any laundry facility and it was great! The lady working walked me through how to load a card with money, helped me figure out what size washer I needed, and explained everything to me! It was very clean, the machines were easy to use, and it was overall, a great experience! We travel between CT and home a lot and having Laundry Works 10 minutes away to be able to do laundry at while we are here is awesome! Highly recommend!

I'd been doing a fair amount of work in CT, and I would take laundry to do as there isn't much else to do in the evening in winter. Found this on my last visit, happy I did.

Clean, modern facility, uses electronic payment (card). I had to ask someone how to add multiple "quarters" to the dryers (Keep inserting card), but no real issues.

Dryers ran a little hot, a common issue, but overall this is a solid laundry, and would be my go to of I lived in the area.

Very efficient and effective washers and dryers. Laundry done in 1/2 the usual time. The machines are modern and laundry comes out clean and dry without that harsh laundromat feel. Doesn't feel like the machines just took several years off the life of the garment. Clean. Calm and excellent attendant to help answer questions etc.

My first visit to laundry works. The facility was very clean. Washers in 3 sizes. All working. Staff on duty. Picnic tables and chairs outside to wait while clothes washing. I definitely will go back. Also many rolling carts for clothes and places to fold and hang laundry

I love this place, they keep it clean and orderly. The attendants are super helpful and the owner takes pride in it it seems! But recently I had bad experiences with a man (didnt work there) taking my undergarments and my childs clothes out to put his clothes in, the washer had just finished!! Maybe a sign can be put up about waiting the proper 15 minutes to touch another persons laundry as per laundry mat etiquette, as women it's made us uncomfortable to do our laundry there now and we go a few times a week. I know most people like me are respectful and time when their clothes need to be switched so this doesn't happen but it did anyway! No one wants a strange man touching their underwear

Absolutely fantastic experience. The place is meticulous. Customer service is outstanding, machines are newer and clean and the dryer dries quicker than other places. So glad I found this place.

Good place to do laundry. Clean, quiet can get in and out! From the hours of like 11 am to 2 pm on Sundays it's busy there.

Our washer broke and I was dreading going to the laundry mat. What a pleasant surprise. Super clean and very modern. The attendant was very friendly and helpful. Great asset to the community!!

We drive well out of our way to come to this laundry. It is clean and friendly, and never crowded. It is close to other shops so we can take care of errands at the same time.

Best laundromat I've ever used, It is immaculate, has plenty of new washers & dryers of varying sizes, and has a nice sitting area with books and magazines to wait in. It uses a card that you load with money using cash or a credit/debit card - no need to get a million quarters and you can use that card to buy a snack or drink or laundry detergent. The icing on the cake is that you can drop laundry off by the pound to get cleaned for you.

So clean! Everyone's so nice and the pho next door is an added bonus.
