Granby CT. Location has the kind, est, hard working gentleman who is only scheduled for nights since it's a 24 hour store. Every time you can expect from him to receive the warmest welcome, from time to time some mild flattery but always great service. You can't find that everywhere now a days, now can you!

Andy is a God!!! He helps me pick out the right nicotine product and does it with a smile. He has limitless energy and has jokes too!!!! He never hits that "assistance needed" button that Robert hits whenever anyone walk through the door.

Robert used to be the man at this cumbys but his excessive red Sox comments bother me. When the baseball legend Chris Corkum walked in to the store, Robert ignored me and left the register to go worship the baseball god and help him pick out a Gatorade that matched his color truck the best. Corkums cleats left infield mix all over the floor and Robert ordered Andy to clean it up.

How dare Robert treat Andy like that!

I'm giving a 5 star rating because we LOVE our local Cumberland Farms, but this morning I want to give them 2 stars for mislabeling what was supposed to be sausage egg and cheese empanadas... Really guys, What is going on down there today?!? I still love our Cumberland, but I'm a bit disgruntled about this🤔
