Saks OFF 5TH

My first time coming to this store . And was wild by the customer service I got in the shoe asle was just looking shoes and a associate out of the blue ask if I needed help or if only seen one shoe he would gladly get the other in the back and if I needed help let him know when cashing out Aidan was great this was Saturday 9/24. Went back yesterday and Kristina took care of me and she was so nice she told her name would be on the receipt because I told her I'm a Google guide and will do a review so I will update with her name . The store is worth a trip to check out

I LOVE Saks OFF 5TH!! There are so many wonderful finds here at amazing discounts. The store is beautiful, well organized and very well merchandised. The staff are all very friendly and helpful and the variety of merchandise is all top notch. They sell effee jewelry which I have previously purchased in the Caribbean at twice the price I have found the identical item for at Saks OFF 5TH. Needless to say, I do not buy my jewelry in the Caribbean anymore where you are "Supposed to get the best deals." I highly recommend Saks OFF 5TH to all of my friends for high end merchandise at a really discounted price. You will NOT be disappointed when shopping here!!

Clean and well lit. No lines, and store was well stocked. Online Return was quick and easy and the associate that assisted me was very pleasant.

Love, love, love this store! To date, I've only been there once. I can't complain about anything. The quality of clothing is great as are the prices for popular high end designers. There was plenty of staff around and my questions were answered quickly and with a smile. I am looking forward to my next visit (which will be soon)

My Experience was great! Gabby was extremely helpful with my request to find a shoe that was not in store. She was so proactive and eager to help. Usually don't get this level of customer service at other places.

i love this store because I find that it's very unique in a sense that especially in West Hartford or the Hartford area you can find something that's very different in this store in a good value and quality. The men's department is not as large as the woman's department but it's very adequate and you really can find a good value if you just keep going around and looking for something I have bought several items there that I've never been able to find at any other store and anytime that I have worn these articles of clothing people have always commented on good quality and value and how nice they looked on me so I would so I would suggest if you're in the area and you have time definitely stop at the store I mean of course I'm talking from a man's perspective but I've always seen a lot of women in there and they always seem to be very happy about their purchases.

Is a nice store a bit pricey, but sometimes I find something for me.
