​I wanted to take a moment to express our sincere appreciation for the exceptional service provided by Flathead Travel Services, particularly by Sue Stricker, during the planning and execution of our September 2023 vacation to Belize. As retirees seeking new and exciting adventures in our Golden Years, my husband and I decided to embark on a journey to Belize, a destination completely foreign to us, in order to step outside of our comfort zone and explore the world beyond our bubble.

​When we initially began exploring the process of booking our flight to Belize online, we quickly realized that the task was daunting and overwhelming. We felt lost amidst the myriad of options and intricacies involved in planning such a trip. Thankfully, we were referred to Flathead Travel Services, and from the moment we connected with Sue Stricker, our worries dissipated.

​Sue's professionalism, expertise, and friendly demeanor were truly a blessing. She went above and beyond to ensure that every aspect of our journey was precisely planned and fulfilled to perfection. From helping us select the best flight options to securing accommodations that exceeded our expectations, Sue's attention to detail was remarkable.
Thanks to her knowledge and understanding of our preferences, we were able to immerse ourselves in unforgettable experiences that we would have never discovered on our own.

In retrospect, we recognize that utilizing Flathead Travel Services and working with Sue was the best decision we could have made. The advantages of using a travel agent, especially when compared to attempting to navigate the complexities of booking online, became abundantly clear throughout our entire journey.

Sue’s dedication, expertise, and unwavering commitment to customer satisfaction are truly commendable, and we cannot thank her enough for the invaluable role she played in creating memories that will last a lifetime.

​We were so captivated with our adventure that we've decided to plan another trip to Belize though Flathead Travel Services with our travel agent Sue Stricker. This time, however, we're taking it a step further by making our way to the charming village of Sarteneja, where we've purchased a new home there.

Never used their particular traveling services so cannot speak in regards to that. We were going to vote for this place but the cutoff for voting was apparently midnight last night. They had a very good set-up for the downtown Winter stroll and their chili (with shredded cheddar cheese, onions and sour cream) was quite honestly some of the best chili we had all year. It was a very good, filling touch and we hope that they have that again next year. They also had a nice warming fire pit outside in front of their store. It was a good experience.

We are seniors, about to get married. We began planning our honeymoon. We weren't sure where to go. So we called Flathead Travel. Sue answered our call. She has been amazing. I give her 10 stars. She has been so kind, friendly, and extremely helpful. Some of the other wonderful ladies came over and offered help. Everyone in there is so friendly. I highly recommend them.

I have had the pleasure of working with Flathead Travel for many years. Laci Laird took care of all my travel plans this year. She kept me up to date on any changes, and when my Alaska return flight was canceled she helped me with my arrangements to return home on the scheduled day. She was so awesome to work with and I would not hesitate to work with her again.

Tabitha booked us to Mexico back in February, thankfully she had a good travel insurance recommendation. I've done a fair amount of traveling and this is the first time I've had to deal with an insurance claim. When I couldn't get a response from the insurance company (they're a little overwhelmed because to the pandemic) she went to her contacts there and helped us out, this is months after the trip has ended! Well worth the peace of mind doing business with Flathead Travel.

Flathead Travel is fantastic to work with. My wife and I had not traveled overseas much before and were relatively inexperienced with the planning process. Tabitha made everything very accessible and actually the planning became quite enjoyable! We were thrilled at how successful our trip turned out; it was because of Tabitha's attention to detail. We look forward to picking out our next destination!

Laci has always been very great to work with. We always have her get our airline tickets for our grandchildren to come visit and they always take a little bit extra to get processed correctly. She is prompt and very kind.

For the past 11 years I have been a frequent business traveler to destinations around the U.S. and often to the Western Pacific including Japan, Republic of Korea, the Philippines, and Thailand. I live in Oregon, but hired Kiera at Flathead Travel because I wanted to support my daughter's friend. It turns out that Kiera has been exceptional in working with me for not only trips to Montana, but across Canada and the East coast. I am looking forward to working with her for an upcoming European trip. I know she has a lot of travel experience herself, so she knows the ins and outs and even some of the secrets! I’ve used flathead Travel Kalispell many times! There is nothing like picking a location and having everything planned. I’ve used them for both domestic and international travel. There are so many details that can be forgotten when you travel internationally and they had it all taken care of for me. Domestically, they have been able to find me and my family the best rates. I could not recommend them more. They are efficient, friendly, and helpful.

FTS helped me book a trip to Disneyland at the beginning of the year before the pandemic and they were extremely polite and professional. After California went into lockdown they helped me keep tabs in case I could get a return for my tickets which indeed did happen. I worked with Kiera Roberson during this time and in my opinion one of the best travel agents I have ever had the pleasure of doing business with. If you need to travel, I would definitely suggest Flathead Travel!

Laci is the best to work with. She had helped me and husband plan several cruises. She makes everything stress free. Can't wait to plan our next adventure with her.
