Life Storage - Bristol

I was shopping around for storage units, now I was looking for something on the cheaper side but I said why not look around. I got to Lifestorage and Ashley was super helpful and made me feel comfortable, allowing me to have trust in the company to store my valuable belongings. The facility is clean, the staff is thorough, and I’ve had a great experience thus far! Thank you!

The girls there are absolutely amazing. I had the most amazing experience with them even though I was under so much stress with the move. They made my day for sure. I would highly recommend 100%.

So in my head I kind of had this picture that storage units were like creepy and unpleasant places, and so I was VERY pleasantly surprised at how nice Life Storage was. Brightly lit and clean, (though the reception office was very cold, we were told they were working on getting it fixed), and the manager Ashley was so friendly, walked us through everything, how to use the loading dock, how to find our unit from the loading dock, that sort of thing. She had a great sense of humor and cheerfully answered any questions that we had. We had almost gone to a competitor closer to our home, but the price was a LOT better here at Life Storage and I’m so glad we chose them on every level

Super quick process, very clean environment and walkways in facility. The people at the desk are friendly and helpful finding the right size for what I needed.

Needed a unit asap and was able to get what I needed. Very simple to set up. Expected the price to be so much more with the climate control and it actually was a little less expensive than another facility I looked at and didn’t have climate controlled environment. OksAna (hope I spelled correctly) was super polite and got me set up and ready to go so quickly! Thank you!

The only reason for the 5 stars is Ashley the store manager and her facility. She is amazing and I will miss working with her. The facility was always clean and well kept. I only left because of the renewal increase.
