David was very easy to work with and found houses that were good choices for us and ultimately the house we bought. He also found a buyer for our previous home and worked with a difficult buyer for my wife's building. He communicated well with us and made the experience of changing homes a smooth transition. My wife and I first contacted Dave on accident, we wanted to look at a home and he was the first agent listed on the Zillow page for that home so we figured he was the listing agent, he was not. We were so very lucky to have made that mistake! David was a true blessing for us. We don't believe we would have gotten our new home with out his tenacious pursuit on our behalf. David took us to many houses we wanted to see, but we soon found out why each of them were still on the market. Every time my wife wanted to see a home David made himself available to show her, and then graciously did it again when my wife wanted to show me a home she liked. When we finally found our new home David got us in to be the first showing we put in an offer at the end of the showing. David meet with the owner on her lunch break, and we had a buy sell agreement before the second showing (I believe their were three scheduled the first day after it was listed). No one else even had a chance. David really did everything he could to make sure the home that we feel in love with was ours. He even lent us a lawnmower to use until we could acquire one.
