Pokeworks

I always order take out when I go to this pokeworks location! The staff is always friendly and service is always speedy and efficient. Last night I got the kids bowI for my sister and was impressed. Ive added photos below. I Personally wouldn't recommend the miso soup or boba tea (I can't stand the texture of the tapioca) but everything else is a hit!

Staff are very friendly and usually attentive to customers. Dining and serving area are both brightly lit and kept clean. Most customers just take out so seating areas are usually available, but venue is kept quite chilly.

Food is also really good but takes a more time to make compared to chipotle given wider selection.

The staff is so friendly including Elizabeth & Jenn. It was my second time and i was still scared to get the raw proteins but they offered some samples to ease me in. I still choose chicken & shrimp but will for sure be returning to try!

Love this place my go to for clean eating. The staff here is always pleasant and helpful. Went in on Sunday and Jenn and the staff were as always pleasant and welcoming. Will definitely be returning. Keep up the good work Pokeworks crew.

We don't go into the business that often but everyone is always so kind and makes it a great experience. Olli today was so fun and upbeat making a quick encounter very enjoyable. Highly recommend for a quick bite on the run.

My first poke bowl experience and it was great. Very kind staff and super fresh food. Loved it all. The teas were wonderful too. Cant wait to come back!

I love ordering from this place as a healthy alternative when purchasing a meal. The staff are well accommodating and nice. Using their Pokeworks app is easy to use if you don't want to visit their locations and want to order for delivery. Happy Easter.

We drive an hour to come to this location for sushi burritos because it’s so much better than the closer options. The food is always fresh and delicious. All of the staff is friendly and helpful, Cyan helped us this time and was great. Highly recommend!

Richard is the best employee I have ever interacted with at Pokeworks. I first met him at the Pokeworks in Glastonbury. After they closed, I was thrilled to see him working at the West Hartford location. Richard is always extremely polite, accommodating, and has the BEST attitude all the time. Thank you Richard!

Luckily they have an app which in checking my history just helped me realize I’ve eaten at this location over 20 times in just the past few months.

Every single time the order has been fresh, delicious and have gotten excellent service. Special shoutout to Cyan and Steven for always making sure I’m all set!! Their manager Elizabeth has always been friendly and kind as well.

I will continue to be a patron, they given me no reason not to!

I've been getting take out from Pokeworks for a while and am always happy with the service from this location. It's always clean and welcoming and the quality of the bowls has been consistently satisfying. The deals you get from the app are absolutely worth it too! I also want to shout out Steven for being very friendly from the moment I entered to when I left with my food.

We stopped by Pokeworks yesterday for a quick lunch.
All of the food was very fresh and the staff was very friendly and efficient. There was a decent line when we arrived but the wait was still less than 10 mins.

If you're in the West Farms area looking for a quick healthy food option definitely check it out.

My favorite place for poke bowl! Food is delicious!

This was my very first time here looking to eat fresh and i saw the "Volcano Poke" advertised so i gave them a shot. I was very impressed, the gentleman behind the counter was very informative after we told him it was our first time and even recommend options. The volcano sauce was indeed pretty good kick to it but very flavorful (I'm Hispanic and I love spicy like if I'm not crying it's not spicy enough spicy). I'll 100% go back and try the burrito next time even tho the bowl was quite filling.

Best poke bowl I’ve ever had! It was my first time going here, after trying poke bowl for the first time somewhere else. This place is so much better with more base options (rice, noodles, kale noodles, salad, or cauliflower rice) poke(fish) options and topping to choose from. & of course, it tasted way better! I loved how they mix your poke and toppings with the sauce for you in another bowl! And the staff was so helpful and patient with us! Definitely will be going back.

Love coming here.. I usually get take out and it still stays fresh when I eat it at home.. I never get sick of it.. :) everyone's nice.

Really good! Fresh, delicious and love all the options you can mix and match here! Staff was super friendly and recommended me a bunch of things to try! Great amount of fish, overall one of the best poke I've had!
