Jun Song took over my insurance situation at several properties, and he has been absolutely wonderful. I had a fire at one of my houses, which was only correctly insured because of his advice and complex work, and Jun stayed on the phone with me until everything at the house was under control. He also advised me to get an independent adjuster, advice which proved invaluable. I have never known of an insurance agent to be so involved and responsible, and I am transferring all of my personal and car insurances to him too.
