Erica is a fantastic stylist! I have been so happy with what she had done with my hair. She listens to my ideas and gives me her professional opinion as what would look best. She has never let me down! I have reccomended her to friends who have been happy as well!

From the very first visit, Erica gave me great color and cuts. I am transitioning to gray and she has made the whole process terrific! She has made me love my hair again. My previous stylist, who retired, is a color expert and she loves what Erica has done! She has earned my hard won trust.

Erica is fabulous! She listens and is very accommodating so that you leave her salon happy with your cut. For me, getting a haircut and going to a new stylist can be very stressful, but she is patient and attentive. No stress :) I went in as a Groupon customer, but I will definitely go back as a regular customer. Thanks again!

For several years, I have been going to Erica to have my hair colored and trimmed. Several years ago now, when I was loosing hair after major surgery, it was Erica I went to cut hair, to stop it from breaking off. It was a major thing, cutting that much hair off and Erica was able to style it in a way I actually felt good with shorter​ hair. I really do trust her to do what's best for my hair and what looks best on me.

Erica has done my hair for over three years now and I am always satisfied. Not only am I told how nice it always looks but she is extremely affordable . Erica is so generous with the Groupon deal I feel those who complain are just looking for a free service. Keep up the good work Erica .

Erica knows my allergies and works with me. She knows my hair and is honest about what will keep it healthy. She did the best color match I've ever had and is always professional, personable, and fun! I would recommend her to anyone!

Where to start.....I had the same stylist for years, but she was not "cutting" it anymore. It was time to find a new stylist what a scary prospect! So in 2009 I sat in Erica's chair & never ever regretted it. She made me feel at ease from the start. Suggested a color & cut that would need minimal work on my part, I'm a Pastry Chef & needed a cut that could be put up, but one that would be flattering when I had special occasions. She found the perfect cut & color. On occasions I would bring in an idea for a new cut or color & she would give me her honest professional opinion & I trusted & valued her imput, she has saved me from that fatel bad cut & color on 2 seperate occasions. I moved to Virgina in 2013, Erica is still my stylist! I think the true test of an amazing stylist is the way a cut grows out. The way Erica cuts & shapes my hair-it looks almost as good as the day she cut it. I had thinning hair & was very self concious about it. She recommended a thinning hair product line, I will never have the thick wavy hair I had in my 20's but wow it worked & my confidence is back! I would give Erica 10 stars if it was aloud-she makes me look & more importantly feel beautiful!!!

First went with a Groupon but keep going back. Erica listened carefully and discussed pros & cons of how the pix I brought would or would not work with my hair. She cut a bit at a time, checking with me to see whether I was happy with the length. Going from long to short is a big step, but Erica was patient & did a super job.

I am very picky about my hair. I love Erica. I've followed her from New Hartford. I've been going to her for approximately 5-6 years now. I highly recommend her. It seems like all of the negative has come from Groupon customers looking for more than what their Groupon was worth. ❤❤❤

Im not going to lie, i was a bit hesitant going in at first because it was a groupon BUT im so glad i went. i had a GREAT experience. Erika was so down to earth, extremely kind and knew what she was doing. She listens to exactly what you want to do to your hair and makes it happen. i recommend her to anyone.
