Absolutely amazing. Always heard good things and had it on my list to go there. It’s a bit of a drive for me, but it’s a beautiful drive. My mom and I went and got coffee and croissants. They were excellent. I also got some cupcakes to go I could not resist!!!

Great service, friendly attentive staff and, very good coffee. If you take your coffee with cream, your in for a treat as Arethusa has its own diary and the cream is amazing. Order one of the freshly baked on premises, patisserie style offerings. I have not been disappointed with any of them. I highly recommend the Bantam Cream doughnut the gold cold brew parfait and any of the many flavors of macarons.

Food was very good, service was great. Atmosphere is lovely. The cheesecake muffin was so good. The Cuban sandwich was good as well, the meat was a little fatty for my taste. Coconut donut was great, lemon donut was also very good. Nice and clean environment, quick service.

Fantastic. We went for a late lunch, and it was amazing. Everything was a large step above your typical sandwich shop, and the donuts were exceptional.

I believe our server was Chris. He was extremely patient and friendly with our group! We had a complicated order with a lot of substitutions and customized requests. Everything came out just as we had ordered it! The breakfast sandwich was delicious, best english muffin I've ever had! Everything came out hot and fresh and we enjoyed our coffee/tea beverages as well. Cute atmosphere, clean.

Wow! What a great selection of delicious baked goods. Everything we tried was tasty and did not disappoint. The quaint atmosphere added to the enjoyable experience. It was well worth the drive.

Great local bakery with craft coffee. Really enjoyed coming here while in town. Highly recommend trying it out. They also have a farm store with locally made ice cream and a full fine-dining restaurant across the street.

Amazing place to grab breakfast and coffee. It feels as though you are characters in a book. The staff was friendly and welcoming, with a wide variety of coffee and breakfast from pastries to breakfast sandwiches you can't go wrong. It's worth the drive every time and plan on going back.

Amazing food, we tried every appetizer we could and every single one was delicious. The host was very friendly as soon as we walked in, all the staff members were very attentive.

Our love for Arethusa started with their ice cream across the street, but "a mano" has become a favorite as well. I adore their salt bagels (seriously one of the best bagels I've ever had) and today we tried some donuts...they were all tasty but the "Bantam Cream" was AMAZING. That donut alone will keep me coming back. The staff was also very friendly and the woman who took my order over the phone was incredibly nice and helpful.

Get. The. Grilled. Cheese. So good. We also shared a cold Brew donut. It was good, but not quite as delicious as we expected. The hot cider and coffee were both yum. But there grilled cheese. So good. We stopped in after visiting the dairy for cheese samples. I recommend that order.

We had a lot of unique and delicious treats here, including a matcha latte and crossaint muffin. The salted bagel with salmon and cream cheese was very chewy and tasty!

Their homemade donuts are my favorite. The lemon, bantam cream and glazed are so good. They were out of the lemon donuts today but they made them special for me when I asked for them - great service!

Tried bluberry corn muffin, triple chocolate croissant and lemon rasberry coffeecake, and all three were unique and delicious. Iced latte was also delightful probably because of its farm fresh milk. After visiting here, I want to visit their restaurant called arethusa al tavolo.

This is a gem in the Northwest Corner. Excellent pastry at very reasonable prices. The coffee, sandwiches and rest of the food are on par with the quality and prices you would expect from the Arethusa brand, but the pastries are very inexpensive for the quality of the offering. A bagel with cream cheese will set you back $3, but for only $.80 more than Dunkin, you get something that is a much higher caliber. Their donuts, muffins, cinnamon rolls and desserts are exceptional and the price is far lower than they can command for something as exceptional as they are offering. It's hard to say no to this place and I make it a point to go weekly.

The staff was incredible being both polite and extremely helpful, as was the food and coffee! Will definitely come back for an affogato soon.

Cute little cafe with real coffee drinks (no fancy coffee flavored milk here 😛). Highly recommend the chocolate au pain and donuts. Not overly sweetened or heavy.

This is my favorite spot for a bagel and cream cheese! Everything down the cream cheese is homemade! And did I mention Stumptown coffee without having to go to Manhattan for it! A cozy friendly spot in Bantam if you want to take a nice drive in the country!

Every single time I order a latte here, it is perfection in a cup. The pastries are excellent and there always unique options. They use cheese from arethusa farms in their sandwiches and salads, they are always made fresh and delicious. This place is worth a visit, even if it’s not close by. Definitely a top 5 coffee place in CT for me!
