Amazing little privately owned business. Now that I know where they are located, And now that I know.... That they... Actually exist - this will be where I go for all my work boots / other clothing from now on. Knowledgeable staff and really good selection for the size of the building!

Love this store. The friendly, knowledgeable staff, and antique house its inside of give it a durable yet warm feeling only matched by the brands they sell. The quality and materials of the clothes they offer are top notch. Don't expect to pay walmart prices, and in exchange you can get anything from a simple carhartt shirt to a carhartt insulated jacket for your dog.
The only thing you'll leave wishing for is to return again soon.

Fantastic local store. Appearances are deceiving you wouldn’t expect much on the inside, but as mentioned in other reviews the store has two floors with a good selection of quality clothing. The store has nice little details from the handout beams to my favorite a clothing rack that’s a wagon wheel. Absolutely worth checking out.

I love this store! The merchandise is high end...The staff are exceedingly friendly and helpful. The selection of apparel is very impressive for both men and women and in my opinion, very reasonably priced, because you will be recieving QUALITY merchandise with brands such as Woolrich, Pendleton, etc. which is merchandise that will last for YEARS.
They have a fantastic selection of Red Wing Boots...probably the best work boot you can buy.
This is a tremendously relaxing and enjoyable shop to browse through.
They offer little goodies as well like candles, jellies and every nook has SOMETHING to offer and the rustic decor is so relaxing.

This is a nice little store. They have tons of work wear and warm weather clothing. They sell all forms of closes as well, but this is generally what I find myself there for. Many leather products on hand. Prices might be more than some expect, but everything is high quality and a lot of American made products.

Best store ever! I had been looking for winter boots everywhere for months, and when a friend suggested Merritt Clark's, I drove down hoping against hope they would have something in my size, and the most perfect pair of boots was there waiting for me, at a totally reasonable price. This store is a hidden treasure for boots and all sorts of other outdoor gear. I am lucky enough to have met Mr. Clark back in the day, so I know how wonderful he was, and the store's current incarnation does his memory proud. I am so pleased!

Merrit Clarke's is the only store I shop at, really a one stop shop for the working woman or man. It's so special to have them in our community I am so grateful.

Wonderful local treasure.. sure it's pricey but they carry quality outdoor wears most made in USA and the staff is very knowledgeable on the products they carry. Shop local and save your community :)

Great store, my family has been going here for generations. They have a large selection of Red Wing shoes/boots and are very knowledgeable. Won't buy my Red Wings anywhere else.
