A nice paved path for walking, biking, scooting, etc. There is an old train bridge that goes over the Farmington River. One end, goes into the town of Burlington. Once you cross the street and over the Canton Flower Bridge, the path continues on into a park like field. There are benches and a small garden area. Overall, an easy path with lovely views of the river.

Great walk during any time of the year. This trail is part of the Farmington River Trail not be confused with the Farmington Canal trail which you do connect to but the river trail has tremendous views.

Great walk in the summer with lots of activities to enjoy along your walk

Great views of the Farmington River. Lots of various birds frequent the river and, if you look carefully, you can sometimes spot the Bald Eagle that lives along the river.

Nice paved trail along the Farmington River leading into downtown Collinsville. Benches and tables are scattered about the trail if you just want to sit and take in the view. Trail parking area is near the town garage. (Access is Old River Road - off River Road by Riverside Nursery)

Parking for the walking trail is begind the Canton Department of Public Works. The gravel lot has space for 15-20 cars. During today's visit, people were launching canoes and kayaks from their vehicles.

The views of the river are beautiful, with many enjoying time on the water. On the shore, folks were riding their bikes, or reading in the shade. Stand-up paddleboards may be rented, shop for antiques, or dine outdoors in the warm weather.

A gender neutral bathroom is accessible on the side of the DPW building.

Great place to get out and enjoy Mother Nature. While we were out, we saw a pair of bald eagles soaring in circles for a half hour. I'd reccomend the walking trail, if you're looking for a beautiful place to just get out for some exercise, peace and quiet.

Beautiful walking trail along the Wepaug River...nice fall foliage, long wooden bridge and historic homes dot the trail...top it off with old mills and a lock along the walk! Worth the drive/trip!

Beautiful views of the river and axe factory buildings. A lot of people go to the bridge to take pictures because it's so pretty there. Sunsets over the river are picturesque.

REALLY nice for a walking path, excluding the part of walking past a sewage treatment plant that smells bad.
