I was new to the world of construction subcontracting when I first approached GRBM, and they've really been there for us, as we learned the ins and outs of subbing and insurance for every contract. This team is really dependable, speedy in their attention and response time, and helpful when it's needed. In particular, Alma is a gem: always cheerfully providing documentation quickly, even at short notice. I love being able to say to our clients, "I'll have it to you today", and knowing I can count on Alma and Geoff. I can't say enough good things about GRBM: they've kept us humming along for a few years now, and they really make us look good.

These guys jumped on it knowing we needed to provide a policy quickly do to an upcoming project. It was all handled professionally, fats and they were able to get the best price. Excellent service. Responsiveness is AAA+. I send an email with a question and get a reply in minutes all the time. Same when I request a certificate of insurance. They are very detailed and had the patience to walk me through my coverage step by step. Very impressed. Highly recommend.

Amazing service and always get paper work on a timely manner

GRBM so far has been great very prompt response when i first contacted them.
Gary was very easy to talk to and was very helpful with any questions that i had.I was able to get my contractors insurance and workers comp for a very good price. I will recommend them to anyone thats looking for general Liability insurance!

I have been with GRBM for 1 year now and I have absolutely no complaints about the service I have been given! I have had to unfortunately use the service and the auto claim went very well. Estimation of damage, then finding more damage after taking apart the front end! All was done efficiently and approved for repair!
My agent Rob is very efficient in assisting in getting the best price for my car and home insurance. Savings was dramatically reduced! His service is excellent making sure I had all the coverages I had before that I wanted with my previous company Allstate. The company I am insured with Adirondack has done a good job as well! Some trouble with my no fault partly because my chiropractor doesn’t bill no fault, so I paid out of pocket and they are working on refund! This really has nothing to do with GRBM and that’s why they are rated a 5.Thank you Rob and your team for the great work you do! 👍
