AT&T Store

Excellent experience visiting this AT&T store, whereas previous to my visit today and last week, the customer service in the past was not what it is today. Specifically today, Sales Rep Jason was beyond helpful and spent over an hour with me for my son’s new phone. Plus, he answered questions about cases, my insurance and phone protection, etc. If he didn’t know the answer right away, he found it out and helped me so much. I recommend going to this store, especially if you’re local and haven’t been going because of poor experiences in the past! Thank you!

We picked this AT&T store because it was the closest to where we were going to be, and are so happy we did. Jason was outstanding. He helped us complete our upgrades and even though there were a few minor gliches, he always had a postive attitude and was professional. We absolutely recommend going to this store just for Jason.

The customer service in this store is stellar. On 2 occasions I went in, everything was addressed efficiently, comprehensively and in a friendly manner. I commend their patience and help, they made sure my issues were addressed completely. The staff is very helpful and eager to help… this is how customer loyalty is won. Thank you!

Customer service was absolutely amazing, as soon as i walked in i was greeted by the sales rep and he provided me with quick service.

I could not be happier with my experience today with David at this location. After multiple failed attempts at other stores, he was happily able to switch all our lines over from Verizon. We got a great deal and tons of information. Left super satisfied. Highly recommend.

I felt a bit foolish as I asked Alan for help with my new phone. It was quite a simple fix, but he couldn’t have been more courteous. I was in and out in minutes with everything working perfectly and he even helped me pick out some new accessories.

I was very surprised by how great this store was. My phone was stolen in a move and to make matters worse I had no WiFi to contact lawyers, movers, family et al. I walked out with a really cheap but perfectly acceptable emergency phone to cover my needs. The young woman Mackenzie, was there alone and had other customers yet was able to balance their service and sale needs and ours

Excellent service. Excellent Salesgirl. The Brewster store has always had the nicest and most informative sales associates represent. My family is always very satisfied whenever we go there whether for our upgrades or questions about our phones.

I’m reviewing my experience with AT&T store on Rt. 22... Brewster NY. Town Centre plaza. The girl that waited on me was wonderful. So kind and patient. Her name was Mackenzie. She is a tremendous asset to AT&T.

Scottie from the Brewster ATT was great. He didn’t have the exact phone I wanted but he was able to have one shipped from another store in 2 days. He did exactly what he said he would do. So far this Red Xr is pretty awesome

Wonderfully for customer service gentleman. Handling this busy store all alone. Kept his cool and was polite to everyone that was waiting . He also knew his business.
