I needed to change dentists and asked on a local neighborhood site for recommendations. At least 15 people recommended Dr. Ravin. I called the office (as a brand new patient) and their incredible staff listened to my needs and even though they were booked months out, they saw me within a week. I have huge dental phobia and everyone on Dr. Ravin’s team is upbeat, friendly and comforting and made sure I felt at home! Dr. Ravin is not only a fantastic dentist, but an incredible human being who is compassionate and caring. The entire experience was beyond amazing. Dr. Ravin is always so accommodating to my dental emergency needs. I have a medical condition that often causes unexpected issues. He always follows up to make sure I’m ok. I’ve never had a dentist like him before. Most importantly, he is kind, considerate, and compassionate. And he has an amazing team who I trust!

Dr. Ravin and his staff welcomed me to their practice like I was already part of their family. I'm always nervous going to a new doctor, because I have multiple, chronic health conditions, and it's a bit overwhelming to explain them. The office was nice and clean and everyone was so sweet. I LOVED my hygienist, Jodi. She was incredibly smart, thorough, funny, and easy to talk to. Dr. Ravin was awesome! He has a great personality, is very funny, and made me feel welcome. They did not try to fill cavities that were barely there, like most dentists. I had a great experience. They even sent a hand-written thank you card, which is the way to my heart. I have never loved an entire office so much. I highly recommend Elite Smiles, without hesitation.

Who likes to go to the dentist? No one! But, Dr. Ravin and his staff actually make your visit enjoyable. He and his staff are professional, relaxed, upbeat,and most important, a totally painless experience. Dr. Ravin is just the best.

I recently had a tooth filled at Elite Smiles in Burlington. Dr. Ravin and staff are incredibly skilled and friendly. Since first going to him last year him and his staff are the best dental team I have ever experienced. Also Dr. Ravin yearly gives his free time to go on mission trips to third world countries to support good dental hygiene. I am blessed to have his friendship. This is the friendliest dentist office I have ever been to. Heather and all the staff were amazing. But, most importantly, they were very kind and answered my questions. Heather was amazingly skilled and, believe it or not, we laughed a lot. I'm so happy I found this office.

We absolutely love Elite Smiles!!!! Dr. Ravin and his staff are amazing. They accommodated us and saw my 95 yo MIL in an emergency. She had to have several teeth extracted. Dr. Ravin was so gentle. He even spoke in Russian to her !!! After care was even more amazing. Dr. Ravin took time to check on my MIL condition and offered to stop by if needed. Truly amazing. Thank you so much.

Always a great experience. Nobody likes going to the dentist, but the team at Elite always makes it a good experience. The staff is fantastic! The team always follows up to ensure there are no issues with the visit, and if so they are addressed immediately.

This was my first visit here and I was made to feel very welcome. Everything was explained clearly and I was put at ease. Busy practice though so be prepared for a wait for follow-up treatment. Great customer service!
