No dogs, alcohol, or ball games are allowed. For activities, It's only really good for Pokemon GO and the free concerts they have in the summer. It's shady and flat with a number of carefully maintained trees, if that does anything for you.

Small but great to take a break if you are walking. Lots of tall trees, grass and shade. Summer has some events and there is enough room to play Frisbee or something.
