Bencivengo & Ko, D.M.D

I unfortunately had to leave this practice back in 2008 due to insurance issues. I now have insurance that allows me to go back. I visited them today and saw Eden (excellent hygienist) and Dr. B. (excellent Dr.) They were awesome! The office manager was excellent and very informative as well as the support staff. I highly recommend this office! Very thorough and told me exactly what was needed to keep my smile healthy!

I recently had to chipped tooth and Dr.Ko with his magic hands was able to fix the problem and I could not be happier with the results. He listens and he is a very caring dentist with a big heart. It’s always a pleasure to see Dr. Ko.and the the most awesome office staff.

I saw Eden the dental hygienist right after I had my tooth fixed. She was extremely careful around my fixed tooth and she did an amazing job. I was so impressed with Eden that I made an appointment for my husband. I look forward to seeing Eden for all my future appointments.

Amazing staff! I have always been nervous going to the dentist but the staff and Dr made me much less anxious.I saw Dr. Ko. He was very kind and made me feel at ease. I would recommend this office to anyone looking for a dentist!

I used to dread going to the dentist, not anymore! Great service that makes me smile lol! The whole team at Dr. Ko’s, from the receptionists all the way through the assistants and hygienists; are exactly the competent professionals who I am looking forward to seeing and working with for my dental health future. Cassandra (and the whole staff) were great at making sure I felt comfortable today, which I appreciate as a disabled veteran. I am someone who has EXTREME anxiety. The doctor made sure I was numb and comfortable the whole time. I couldn’t say enough good words about the hygienist I had. She worked with me and was so in tune with me, it eased my fears. Even walking in, they great you by name and make you feel so welcome. I can’t say enough good things!

Great Dentists!! Have used Dr. B for MANY years and Dr. Ko in recent years… both extremely good! The hygienists are great. And the girls at the front desk are so friendly!! 5 stars all the way!

I’ve been coming here since I was a child, I have had a great experience every time. Dr Bencivengo has a knowledgeable and friendly staff that is always welcoming.

I’m adding another review since it’s been a few years;
I just had a regular 6 month cleaning December 2022. Lisa the hygienist was knowledgeable, answering my questions about whitening. She was very thorough in scaling and polishing, my teeth and gums feel so clean! Thanks for pointing out a small chip on my tooth so I could get it fixed too. Dr. Ko is polite and thorough with his mouth exam as well. I feel like I have a team that helps me keep my dental health in top shape. Thanks!!

This is the best dentist office that I’ve ever been to…they’re helpful, efficient and they super friendly…they make you feel like you’re part of the family!

I cannot say enough great things about Eden. She is so gentle, knowledgeable, and has a way of making you feel at ease and super comfortable if you’re someone like me who gets nervous about going to the dentist. Eden cleaned my teeth for my upcoming wedding and I couldn’t be happier! She gave me a complimentary set of whitening trays for before my big day and I’m so grateful for that. The office staff at Bencivengo & Ko cares about their patients and it’s evident as soon as you walk in. They are welcoming and very kind. Thank you so much Eden and staff for a visit that couldn’t have gone better. :)

I have been going to this office since I was a little girl. I love when I leave there how clean my teeth feel. I alawaus know when I go and see Eden that my teeth are beautifully cleaned. She is attentive to any issues you may be having and is very thorough. Dr. Ko has been a wonderful dentist. I have had him do some fillings in the past and he is very gentle, communicates well on everything he is doing and is also very thorough.

I really enjoy going to the dentist practice the staff are wonderful and welcomes you with warmth and joy. I can say they have made me feel comfortable with having procedures done. I thank the the staffing for being wonderful and will continue to go here💝

So, I have to let everyone know how great this dental office is! I have been here sense I was 4 years old and have had a great experience! Kristen is such a great dental hygienist very friendly and up beat we have great conversations while I am here! The office front desk Lorraine is amazing and always ask how I am doing even after 6 months!!! Never had a single problem with then! I had Bencivengo but he has retired 😢 but Dr Ko has made me feel comfortable! He is super nice! Definitely a dental office I recommend! Ps my whole family comes here!

I have been going to this office for over 15 years and always have a positive experience! Eden is so thorough and very gentle with her teeth cleanings. Dr. Ko is also does a great job and makes me feel at ease whenever I’ve had to get fillings.

Eden is my dental hygienist and is the absolute best. Eden is very professional, detailed, caring and kind. I highly recommend Eden as her work is outstanding. I have been a patient with Dr. Bencivengo since 1979. This professional practice is amazing. Have to acknowledge Michelle as she has moved out of State and is an outstanding dental hygienist.

Eden is amazing!! Her attention to detail from the minute you walk in until you leave speaks for itself. Not only is the cleaning exceptional but she takes her time during the cancer screening as well. She demonstrates care for her patients wonderfully and I am thankful to have her as my hygienist. I can’t express how pleased I am to have such an amazing dental group.

Awesome experience with Eden. Who knew a cleaning could be such a wonderful thing. The same came said about doctor Ko. I didn't feel a thing. He walks you through each step with his soothing voice and expert care. His assistant Roseanne is a keeper. Loved chatting with her . She
,too, makes the experience easy breezy. And, let's not forget the office staff. They're all super friendly and welcoming. Love this place.

I have been visiting this bristol office since I could get my teeth cleaned as a child! Dr.Ko has been my dentist since he joined the practice and I could not be happier! He is always patient and willing to listen to my concerns. He is very thorough making sure I get the best care. Eden is hands down the best hygienist I have had! She is beyond thorough and takes the time to explain what she is doing and why it helps! If you need a new dentist this is a great option!

Dr Bencivengo has been my family's dentist for over 30 years. My wife and I both get routine cleanings and actually enjoy going to get our teeth cleaned. Dr B is always very careful and attentive during procedures. I recently needed a few old fillings replaced and they did an excellent job, upgrading me to a newer style filling. After having a few appointments to get this work done, everything went well. Dr B fixed me right up and his staff, as usual, took good care of me. I highly recommend Dr B and his staff should anyone ever ask me.

I have to say I have never looked forward to going to the dentist until I found Dr. Bencivengo! (Looovvveeee him)

I come happy and leave even happier. So genuine, friendly, personable and you feel as if they are more of a family or friend you are coming to visit.

From check in and chatting with Lorriane (my absolute favorite)to Dr.B having the biggest heart and showing he really cares about every decision when it comes to not only having a perfect smile but a healthy mouth as well. (Where can you find that?) to lets not forget coming for a cleaning with Eden and not feeling one ounce of pain or discomfort but leaving feeling like a million bucks! If you haven't picked up the phone and made an appointment by now I'd say do it now before it's too late!
