My husband called them about my check engine light and about my transmission 15 minutes before they closed. So the wonderful lady on the phone said that they would be there for another 10 minutes and to stop by so we did and they closed at 5, the owner looked under my hood and checked everything (which he didn't have to) and he stayed about 20 minutes to a half hour after they closed to figure out what was wrong, and he gave me some good prices for other repairs. I will definitely be going back to them!!

Can’t thank these guys enough! Car was overheating Wednesday so I brought it in after they had closed and they took a quick look at it. Said they would have to look closer the next morning and the owner even offered me a ride home around the corner. Got my car back the next day and for a great price! I cannot recommend this shop ENOUGH! Owners were great and very pleasant, you won’t regret bringing your vehicle to them.

A wonderful place of business with honesty and integrity. This is where I will be doing all my car care needs in the future. I originally had brought my car in for service and it was fast and affordable. I ran into another issue with my car overheating and I was so panicked. I drove it there without an appointment and they looked at it immediately. The owner was swamped with other cars but still took the time to evaluate what was wrong. He was so knowledgable and thorough. My entire family will be going here and I would highly recommend this place to everyone!

***UPDATE from 07/01/2021****
So I noticed some vibration from my vehicle on my way home from work. Every time I hit the brake my car would shake more and it started to lock up. It was almost 100 degrees outside and my car started smoking on the passengers side. I was able to make it to the garage and Juan came out to check what was going on. He knew exactly what was wrong and told me it was unsafe to continue driving my vehicle and that he would not leave for the day till my vehicle was fixed so I can have it the next day. Juan fixed everything quickly and efficiently. I had plans that night so I called Juan and asked how I could grab my keys so I can get to work the next day. He came back to the garage late that night so that I could have my car back. I don't know about you but that is something you don't find often and I will continue to go to Juan for all of my repairs.

I had a coolant leak and my heat was not working all that great. I live close by and wanted to give the local shop my business. They were very friendly, professional and accommodating to my needs. I had to pick my car up to bring my son somewhere before the parts arrived and they let me know when the parts came in so I could bring my vehicle back. I got my car back and I finally have working heat again.

It’s the small things that keep my business. I am a veteran and I have a hat in the back window of my car that was gifted to me after my tour in Afghanistan. Well the mechanic noticed and made sure I got a discount and thanked me for my service. I will be going back soon to bring my fiancé’s vehicle. I would recommend for sure.

I’ve been here several times and it’s always a nice experience. The owners - Tatiana & Juan are always there to make sure I get the best quality service.
As a woman, I like talking to Tatiana because I know she is going to be HONEST AND FAIR with the price. I truly recommend this place. If you have a busy agenda, just drop it off and pick it up later. (That’s what i do) gives me a lot of time to do my own things.

B&D Master Auto is the best! Juan & Tatiana are so helpful and honest! I am always skeptical about mechanics but they tell you the truth from the beginning and try to help as much as possible, they are very flexible and reliable. They will go above and beyond to try to help you. Definitely recommend!

I have to say that without a moment of pause or doubt that the owners and staff are the best place for your auto needs. I never worry because they above reproach and have the expertise to solve all your problems. I will never go to another mechanic because of the quality of service and the excellence of the staff. You feel like family every time yo show up, where else can that happen.
