Always a pleasant experience. Both cars needed work last week. Brakes on one, tires all around on the other. Not that I like spending money on my cars but I wouldn't bring them anywhere else. Quality work, great service, on time and a fair price.

experienced professional staff suggested tires based on my driving needs and gave me several options based on price and quality. Their prices were very reasonable and for the most part lower than other local competition and once I decided on the tires I wanted they brought my truck in and had them installed 30 minutes later. Three generations of my family goes to Zeller. I can always count on them to be fair and honest and never second guess if they’re trying to get away with extra charges like so many other shops do to women. If anything can possibly be covered under warranty, they make it happen. I usually deal with Dave and Dallas and they’re the best! They have saved me last minute on multiple occasions and am always so thankful.

Called for new tires at 1 pm. Spencer had me in the shop at 2. I was headed home by around 3. Excellent response! Thanks for a job well done.

I go here for everything for my car now for past couple years. They are AMAZING. I paid over 850 bucks for repairs on Monday then on Tuesday my car overheated after working all morning. So after sitting for awhile I was able to drive it to them on Wednesday morning. It ended up being radiator hose leaking out my coolant. So the total was 175 something and I went to pay and the manager (I think his name is Dan?) said I paid enough yesterday and I had hoses replaced last year so he said to keep my money!!!! I was crying because money is so tight for me! Just another reason they are THE BEST

manager or owner (I'm not sure which) saved me from being screwed hard by another shop. got me in quick and finished the job quick. did the job for literally half the price. very satisfying experience.

We have used Zeller for tires and oil changes . Their prices and quality of work was great. They also did the jobs in a fast turn around time. We recently used their services for a brakes maintenance check on both our truck and car. The truck was in and out and only need the lines cleaned. The car needed rotors and pads for the rear. Come to find out the calipers were malfunctioning and the car only had 26000 on it. Dave at Zellers got the manufacture to warranty the calipers through our local Chevy dealer. The price for the rotors and pads were less expensive then the going rate around town and no charge on parts and labor on the calipers. Great job Zellers!!! Thanks!!

These are reliable folks with a longstanding good reputation in town. They stand behind their products and make things right for you. They are experts on tires and their prices are very competitive on name brand USA made tires. They earn their excellent reputation.

Last week during the heavy rain, both of my wipers failed [long story]. I'm from Enfield on my way to Goshen. I stopped at the Torrington location. I was taken care of right away! High Five to Nick and everyone else.
One gentleman suggested I bring my business to Torrington. Although impractical, I did buy 2 new tires for my truck.

I brought my 2008 Lincoln MKZ in to get four new tires and an alignment. I have to say that Zeller tire and Auto Center went above and beyond to ensure my vehicle was serviced impeccably.

I would highly recommend anyone looking for honest mechanics and flawless service technicians to look no further then Zeller Tire and Auto center. Not only for tire related service and repair, but anything at all do do with maintaining and servicing their vehicle to its optimal performance.

Dave took the time to explain every single adjustment that was made to my vehicle in full detail and I am incredibly grateful to him as well as all of his technicians in his shop.

I will absolutely be returning to Zeller for any future maintenance and/or repairs that my vehicle may need in the future. The entire experience I had was extremely professional, respectful and positive. Dave and his staff take great pride in the services they offer their customers.

These guys were great. Had some tires I needed mounted to new rims and then installed. Multiple other stores in town had had problems. Zeller did it with no appointment, despite not having the wheel key, in about an hour.

At this point I wouldn't go anywhere else in Torrington.

Best place to ever get your car worked on. Very reliable & professional workers. I moved to torrington in May & didn’t know anyone & needed tires as my tire popped, I went to Al’s & they were no help then went to tow fair tires & it was like they didn’t know their cars & zellers was there & took my car in & helped me out with everything! Even friends that I have that are mechanics can’t beat zellers! They are a must if you need anything done to your car!!
