Columbia Dental

Today was my first visit. The first people you see are the front desk. Morgan is respectful, helpful, efficient and so positive! So I thought "good so far!" The more important aspect for me is how the dental hygienist and doctor care for me. I was pleasantly surprised!! Firstly, both Diana, the dental hygienist, and Doctor were friendly, soft spoken, and took their time!! His name was Dr. Del Orbe. They explained ALL procedures that they were about to preform. I asked questions and they were more than happy to answer any questions and didn't have a look on their faces that answering questions was an inconvenience. WONDERFUL EXPERIENCE!! I would absolutely RECOMMEND this dental office to everyone!

First I have to say I am petrified of the dentist, any and all dentists. I went to Columbia dental a while ago because I had not been taking proper care of my teeth. I needed full mouth extractions and upper and lower dentures. I am not going to lie the process of extracting teeth and quite a few of them is not a pleasant experience.
But the entire staff including the dentist was non-judgmental and made me feel at ease throughout the whole process. After about 4 months of different types of impressions and going through the motions I went for my appointment for my fitting and I could not have been happier.
My smile is beautiful. No one can tell that I am wearing dentures. They have minor imperfections like teeth do and the dentist help me pick out the perfect shade.
When I go out I don't have to hide behind my mask anymore. I can pull down my mask or take it off and smile and the amount of confidence that that office gave me is beyond words. There is no amount of thank yous that I could give them to let them know how grateful I am for everything that they have done to put my mind at ease throughout the whole process and bless me with a beautiful new set of teeth.
I more than highly recommend this office for anything you need done. The staff is friendly and caring, unlike some places you are just another patient and at this Columbia dental in Torrington on East main Street they don't make you feel like that. They take the time to listen to you and explain if you need explaining or anything else that you might need no questions asked.
This was a very long review but I cannot say enough about this office the people are amazing and the quality of service is amazing. If I could give them more than five stars I would.
Thank you guys again for everything you have literally changed my life more than you know and I would recommend anybody to you guys in a heartbeat.

I had an abscess tooth and didn't realize it until 2pm on a Saturday (and it was a holiday weekend) after working a third shift, were able to get me in for an energy appointment and follow up appointment the next business day. The staff was super friendly and understanding. The dentist even saw some of the previous work done by South main dental and is more than willing to help fix that as well. From now on, I won't be going anywhere else! Thank you guys for such a wonderful experience, I've never been happy with a dentist, but I am with y'all - thank you for making a miracle happen 😊💖

I am so happy with the experiences I have had at Columbia dental. The doctor goes above and beyond, not only that but he is so good at what he does. He is gentle when he works on your teeth and treats you well. I have never had such an amazing experience with a dentist. For the first time in my life, I don’t dread going to the dentist!!

I have been a patient at Columbia Dental for over a year , and have recommended them to many others. Maribelle and Valerie are always there to greet you as if you are family , they are both very Knowledgeable and professional when asked about Insurance questions and always willing to help with anything else . Doc H. and her various assistants are very considerate and gentle when performing procedures and very happy to accommodate special needs as required. Everyone in the office is always willing to go the extra mile to make sure your experience is top notch. Would recommend this office to anyone . Thanks for your wonderful care .

I was nervous because of a previous experience with a dentist. But the front staff was so friendly and helpful it put me at ease. And the dentist was very kind and thorough. I will definitely be back and would highly recommend Columbia Dental to anyone looking for a new dentist!

👄 OK, I see all the great reviews for Columbia dental and I am not surprised. First went to Aspen Dental. They tried telling me I needed a crown and maybe a root canal. Columbia Dental revealed that I only needed to have my filling redone. They saved me a ton of headaches, hassles and time. They are my dentist forever. Fantastic! The way businesses should be but few today are!

But the doctor and staff make me feel so comfortable. Very conscientious and understanding of my fears and anxiety. They all go out of their way to provide excellent care.

Clean environment, the staff made me feel very comfortable and relaxed. Dr. Victor Oraeki was great, he executed the procedure in a timely manner, causing me little to no discomfort. Dr. Oraeki and his assistant were excellent, I will be returning for all of my dental care needs.

Great experience. Needed emergency bridge repair. My local Columbia office was closed because it was Saturday. Torrington was the closest open office. They gave me an early appointment. The staff here were very friendly and helpful. My repair was done quickly, very short wait in waiting room and I was able to get on with my day. The doctor was knowledgeable and explained every step beforehand. Overall a very good experience.

I met Dr. Constant today for a routine cleaning. My husband met him last week. He was personable, gentle and thorough. He has offered a solution to a long term issue I've had and will carry that out this week. Very prompt in getting an appt. Would recommend.

I normally don't write reviews but I really feel the torrington location deserves it. They are honest, very open with appointments and do anything to make you feel comfortable. The oral surgeon there is phenomenal and does whatever she can to help you no matter the issue. 10/10 reccomend out of the dozens of dentists I've been to. This is the place to go.

Amazing staff I was so nervous and didn't know what to expect but the dentist and his assistant explained everything and answered every question and I feel so much better definitely recommend and will be going back

I highly recommend Columbia Dental. I went in for a cleaning at one dentist and she got too deep in my gums and caused an infection. The throbbing pain was excruciating and I got no relief. I went to see Dr. Podrasky and, after a brief exam, he fully explained the situation, prescribed an antibiotic and ibuprofen, and two hours later I am already 90% better. His manner and informative explanation was so reassuring. I will gladly travel to his Torrington location from now on.

I love how comfortable they made me feel. Other dentists I've used have just wanted to pull everything and not try to help me. Not Columbia Dental. They explain everything to me so I understand. Amazing people.

I can say I’m a person who is not happy ever going to the dentist but this place has defy changed my mind. From the time walked in door to time I walked out it was very nice and comfortable and the doctor was great and told me step by step what was going on and the assistant was great to . Defy happy I found this place .

This branch of Columbia Dental extracted a rotten tooth from my mouth and ive gotten my fillings here. Because of their affordable rates ive gone and got braces after getting prepared to here. Friendly staff that didnt make me feel bad for not taking as great care of my teeth as i shouldve.

They gave me an appointment within a couple of days. I had a problem and they gave me a few options which best fit me! They took their time with me and my situation and did not make me feel rushed as I was the last appointment of the day! Thank you to the front desk dental assistant and Doctor constant!

I can say quite honestly Dr. Constant and his staff are the nicest, most caring , accomating and upbeat dental group I have ever (in my 59 years) been to. Maybe if I’d had a dentist like him earlier in my life I wouldn’t be getting dentures now!

Fit me in immediately for a extraction with excrusionating pain and was so gentle I didnt feel it at all coming out. Besides during the whole procedure they continuously ask if it hurts or if your in pain. 5 star in my book 👌👌👌
