My car had a mouse house in the motor and Mark dropped everything to help me today while it poured on him. Very respectful and understanding, also affordable. I didn't feel robbed for once

This is one of the best auto repair places in CT. They are honest and have reasonable transparent pricing. The owner and team are all kind and respectful which is not always the case with smaller reasoably priced places that sometimes act as though they are doing you a favor even though you’re paying for the service. I highly recommend Mark and his team.

The staff went above and beyond to help fix my car in a timely manner and everyone was very nice and explained everything in a way I could understand. Mark the owner was always so friendly and put my mind at ease as I waited for my repair that took a few days to get done, as I was squeezed into their tight schedule. Prices are reasonable and service is excellent!

One of the few places where I can make an appointment for repair and then sit in the waiting room while the repair is being made. I don't need a ride home, in other words. Also, the guy who runs the place is very nice and, I believe, quite honest in his dealings with customers. The work done on my car was electrical and difficult, yet the mechanic who did the work succeeded where another good garage refused to even take on the project. So far, I give this place a perfect rating. It exceeded my expectations and I will go back for more work, as it's needed

I've been bringing my vehicles to Expert Auto for well over 14 years. They have worked on an S-10, Maxima, Dakota, Focus ST, and Frontier. I've had routine work such as tires balanced and mounted, brake jobs, locating rattling noises, tune up's, oil changes, wheel bearings as well as clutch replacement. The work is always done in a timely manner and the price is always reasonable. Mark and his guys are very good at what they do and they wont sell you what you don't need. Nice to know there's at least one honest shop out there.

Was very nice and helpful! Car needed a oil change and I asked them to check the brakes. Showed me the worn brake shoe and replaced them on the same day. I highly recommend them!

I've been using Expert Auto for nearly two years now. I own a 15 year old car that needs occasional work and I couldn't be happier with this place.

Positive:
- You get a thorough overview of work to be done and the cost - before they do anything.
- Their rates are competitive. They aren't always the cheapest....but cheapest is not always best.

Negative:
- The place is so busy, you may have to wait 4 or 5 business days before they can work on your vehicle.

If you can deal with the wait time I highly recommend them.

Honest outfit, prices too low. They deserve to be paid more. Take your vehicle here and stop worrying!!! I was Stranded motorist on Veterans Day Saturday from out of state. 2 other places would not help me. They were booked out to middle of next week and opened early for me as well when I drove up unannounced.
Did perfect work with no issues. Even followed up with 2 telephone tag calls after hours to ensure everything was ok! Could not ask for more. A veteran fixed my vehicle there as well. Stop reading reviews and call them now.

Mark took good care of me. He fixed my problem with a used part and saved me alot of money. He is hard to get a hold of by phone so I suggest you drive in to see him. A good trustworthy honest mechanic. Two thumbs way up!

I've been treated so well at expert auto I can't think of ever going anywhere else. Though they are busy, their customer service is never lacking. My concerns get addressed and my questions answered. Best car place I've been to in years.

Myself, family, and my friends have been using expert auto for years. They know what they are doing, and they are priced fair. You get what you pay for. I have tried other garages in the past. These guys are the very best in the area.

My experience with Expert Auto was exceptional, I have been to several other local shops regarding my check engine light being on, the car revving on its own, drivers side window , which one shop was responsible for the damage, with no help, or outrageous costs to fix, Mark at Expert Auto-and his crew really cared that I was satisfied, price was reasonable, all repairs completed, very very happy with their knowledge of foreign cars, thank you again Expert Auto

Mark, the owner, is extremely knowledgeable and his prices are consistently lower than local dealers. They do outstanding work on both new cars and old cars.

Honest nice guy hard working. Took care of many sets of tires mounting and balancing for very reasonable expense. Get place to get a alignment much cheaper than many others

I bought a few exhaust parts and was going to do it myself until the rusted bolts made me give up... They finished the job up for me at about half of what another guy wanted and my car's quiet now

Had a slow leak in my tire; after the second time having to fill up the tire especially when it is 7 degrees outside brought to them and they fixed it.

Always professional, neat and fair. I bring all my vehicles there. Mark and company are awesome!
