We had a roof put on at my work early March 2024. This job was roughly 157,000 square feet. We had to get this done in a two week period that we were closed for business. Josh assured me that they could get it done. He was very patient as we had him write up several different quotes with different materials. Even losing a few days due to rain they still got 99% of the job done in that time frame. Their professionalism was top notch. Josh really knows roofing and communicates very well step by step during the construction. They left the jobsite clean everyday as asked. I have had issues with roofers not showing up when asked in the past and needed a roofer I could depend on. He shows up when scheduled, and goes out of his way to make sure that things are done right. I have zero complaints. River Valley Roofers really knocked this one out of the park. I was amazed at how quick and efficient they were getting this project done.

We’ve had our new black roof courtesy of River Valley Roofers for almost a year and it makes me smile every time we pull up to our house! We were on vacation when Josh and crew did the install and came back to absolute perfection. We’ve had zero issues with it since which is kind of a bummer because Josh is such a wonderful human to talk to!

Josh, Joseph and the entire River Valley Roofing crew made getting a new roof an easy experience. Josh was extrememly thourough with the entire process, and even came back the day after the rood was finished to do a once over on the property to make sure they got everything that fell on the ground when they removed the roof. On top of that, the crew was respectful and observant, always concerned on their safety so I didn't have to worry about people on my roof. I used River Valley Roofers to repair an already badly repaired (twice!) leaking roof and skylight, and I will definitely call Josh when its time to replace the whole roof. He always patiently explained ALL inquires including the WHY it has to be completed this way for anybody to understand. I monitored, verified and validated that all of the work was performed with great workmanship and was totally fulfilled, precise and guaranteed to have no short- or long-term issues. I would highly recommend this company for any jobs needing to be done for all of the above at a fair price as well. I checked many companies for this job and River Vally Roofers was well worth the large search I put into this. This was a great investment I put into my house, and it is VERY much appreciated.

After being told by other roofing pros that I either had to remove my deck or, the job can't be done, Josh came by and explained his plan to me while we talked on the phone. Not only did he and his crew arrive two weeks earlier then he originally estimated,but finished in the two days he had quoted,explaining every measure to provide a completely weather tight roof and providing me with knowledge of knowing about my roof but more importantly, I had chosen the right contractor.

The owner Josh is one of the most gracious roofing contractors out there! He has helped me out in a pinch and showed up at a moments notice. He will try fixing the problem rather than others who will just try to sell you a new roof! “River Valley Roofers LLC” is everything you wish a professional contractor would be, but rarely is. Joshua Galusha works with you. Josh evaluated our current roof – from outdoors as well as indoors (through the attic), to the soffits and the vents, before giving an estimate for a roof replacement. Josh listened to our concerns, provided a fair price, and had samples delivered to our house (thanks Stephany!). They always returned calls/texts promptly. Josh welcomed questions and provided answers, information, and options. No hard sales pitch. They were spot-on with their timeline and kept us informed of any minor changes. His crew & crew leader worked quickly and cleaned the area well. Per our request, we had copper - strips & chimney flashing installed. They even replaced a rotted fascia board, and adjusted the slope on gutters that were causing problems. Josh checked back again after all the work was done – and even took some drone footage of the finished roof. We’re looking forward to his spring follow up visit that he has already scheduled. Josh and his team did an excellent job replacing our roof in November 2020. Josh was very patient and made multiple trips to our home to review various roof replacement options and discuss any concerns we had prior to signing and beginning the job. Josh fixed my standing seam metal roof that had been leaking in several places. It had been installed by another company 15 years ago and after inspecting the roof and showing pictures of the issues, he explained the plan to fix the issue and got down to it. I needed a small roofing repair (vent pipe leaking water into attic). I called River Valley Roofers and Josh came out on a Saturday morning. He quickly located the problem, made suggestions(including photos of the problem) regarding the repair and had the problem resolved in a short time. While he was on the roof he noticed several other issues which he fixed including a couple of siding pieces that had come loose. I would not hesitate to call River Valley Roofers for any work in the future.

Josh and his crew were amazing. When Josh came out to provide a quote to have our roof replaced, he explained in detail what needed to be done and outlined ever facet of the work. Unfortunately, my wife and I were unable to be home the day of the job, but when we arrived at about 3pm, we couldn’t believe the fact they were almost done, that included stripping the old roof, installing the new one and impeccable cleaning up, again Josh walked me through the details of work they did including taking care a problem area on our second floor dormer, installing a rain diverter over our front door, and my neighbor was really impressed with the new flashing around our chimney. I’m a contractor myself in another field and have seen a lot of work done on other homes, but the personal service and the quality of work that was done at our home is second to none. I would highly recommend Josh and River Valley Roofers when needing your roof replaced.

He actually answered the phone when I called (a rarity today) and came right out to investigate my problem. He came out a couple of times until he found the source of the leak and did a temporary fix until he could fit me into his busy schedule. Josh responded to all of my questions immediately and explained in detail all that was going to be done in replacing my roof. Josh and his team did my roof ahead of schedule and I couldn’t be happier. Josh’s crew came and and made quick work of making my new roof look beautiful. They left my house and yard in perfect condition even coming back next day to do a final detailed search for any scraps or nails left behind.
