Best manicure I've ever had! Highly recommend. So happy with my nails! Everyone was friendly. The attention to detail, color selection and cleanliness was amazing. The owner is very talented! I easily notice mistakes, skipped steps or when the nail tech is rushing...certainly not the case at this spa! Everything was done to absolute perfection. I truly felt pampered and will return soon.

I need a cigarette lol 😂 that was by far the best pedicure I’ve ever had!!!!!! She made sure to take her time on my feet for the massage and to make sure the French pedicure was on point! Absolutely Flawless! I can’t wait to come back thank you!

I have been going here for years!! They go above and beyond in terms of cleaning and sanitation, which is very important. All of the nail techs I've seen are meticulous and make every detail perfect- while providing quick service! Friendly, kind, accepting workers and owner. Competitive pricing, and various service options for different budgets. Very receptive to communication if there is any issue with the service (broken acrylic, unsatisfactory polish design, etc). Can not recommend it enough! I myself have never had a bad experience there.

I love Tips and Toes! Tom takes care of me every 2 weeks, he is patient and thorough. Everyone is always so pleasant. They will let you know about any up charge prior to services and they offer 10 days satisfaction guarantee. They are clean and always do a great job. I travel 35 min to come here. Being a picky chick who has lots of options for salons, I wouldn’t go anywhere else.

I had Vjolca, and she did a great job!!! I usually only go to Tom, but from now on, she will be who I see. She's very friendly and made sure I was happy with my nails. She made my experience today a good one. Thank you, Vjolca!!! 💅

I don’t write reviews almost ever but this was genuinely the best salon and spa I’ve ever been to. I had gone with my boyfriend after he surprised me with getting my nails done and couldn’t be more happy with the outcome. The staff are incredibly welcoming and treated not only me but every customer that was there at the time with the upmost respect. Not to mention the nail job they did was phenomenal and so worth the price. The gelling was quite literally perfectly done and the pedicure was a very relaxing experience. Hygiene is a big thing for me, but here I didn’t have to worry about that. You could tell first-hand that the tools being used and the salon itself was squeaky clean. I will 100% be returning here again.

Great service. I went with my girlfriend with a gift card I bought her and the staff was nothing but nice to us, and my girlfriend has been doing nothing but complimenting the work they did on her. Such a great job they did on her and the experience was cool for me, I’d definitely recommend bringing your loved ones here. Great paint jobs, and kind people running it.

The owner Tom and his team of technicians are ABSOLUTELY AMAZING!
I’ve tried other Nail salons in town and by far this is the best one I’ve found. The time and dedication each technician takes to give you what you want is amazing. They also have a grace period to return if you’re unsatisfied with how your nails look. The space is VERY CLEAN and WELCOMING.
Even prior to the pandemic each space is thoroughly sanitized.
Overall, the owner and his team work hard to make each customer happy when they leave. Prices are VERY REASONABLE.

I love coming to tips & toes spa. Tom takes his time to make sure every nail is perfect and all the same shape. Most salons don’t take as much time as he does to make sure every single nail is perfect. He even stayed open later for me to make sure my nails were perfect and never rushed. You can tell he cares about his customers and the rest of the staff is very nice as well. I’ve never had any problems or complaints. They also will fix your nails within 10 days if something happens which is amazing and most places don’t offer. The salon is always very clean. He also has so many different nail polishes to choose from which I love.

When I got in they attended me immediately as I had a 10Am appointment, they took my temperature, asked me to wash my hands before beginning, everyone had their masks, and everything was very clean. Couldn't ask for better during this time. As soon as I moved to the drying station the place where I'd originally been sitting was already being sprayed clean. I had Tom the owner, he was so great and talented. Every worker in the spa seemed to be very personable. Every nail salon I've ever gone to has messed up my thumbs, making one longer than the other, but Tom did not let that happen as he is extremely precise. He made my hands look beautiful. I am extremely impressed by the quality of their work and I have been to at least 3 surrounding nail salons since I am from the area. I think this will definitely be the spot I go to from now on. My 30/35 years of getting mani/pedi’s. They care about thier clients safety , costs are excellent, as is the service!
. The owners Lily & Tom are always so kind they make you feel right at home. Within a few visits they remember everyones names!!
They have all the latest trends and types of polish Shellac & last few times I saw these powders & I really want to try next visit !
You won’t find a friendlier , cleaner , more sterilized place with latest trends & quality spa around!
( I USED TO GO TO A very popular place UP THE street and got a very bad infection from a manicure so I switched & best thing I ever did! The woman who owns it had some type scam card claiming you’d get a Free manicure ir service after 15 visits. Well after 4-5 years of going faithfully each month & prob spending thousand I literally had to ask this woman owner
Loudly in front of customers to get the owner embarrassed enough to give me a measly manicure!! She was not happy but it’s false leading !!
I spoke to others who used to go there as well & they never got even ONE FREE after years with these so called loyalty cards!! ).

I HAD been going to the Worst place as I think it’s awful to scam clients in any business .. so I never went back once I found TIPS AnD TOES !!! They are by far the best nit onky in Town but in Litchfield county!

I absolutely recommend Tips & Toes Nail Salon extremely high. I absolutely love going for great nail service and when I'm there I feel like I am at home. Tommy and his staff at Tips & Toes Nail Salon are very extremely professional, kind, caring and they work well with everyone. There isn't a better nail salon anywhere else. I have been coming here for about 6 months now and I LOVE IT! I use to go to the place above it but there is no comparison. They quality and time is just amazing. Plus they offer a 10 day satisfaction. I normally get my nails done with Tom and he is just the best. But all the ladies there are kind. Best nail salon in Torrington!!!

I have never been to a better nail spa than this. I always feel so relaxed the moment I walk in. Always very attentive! The pedicures are the best I ever had. The time the techs take with you and the pride they put in their work is absolutely amazing. So relaxing and quite I fall asleep. Tom does the most amazing job on my hands. I would NEVER go to anyone else ever again. He is very passionate about his work. Tom makes sure you are satisfied before you walk out that door. The 10 day guarantee is unbelievable! Not 1 nail salon have I ever been to has ever offered this. They guarantee their work! Which I never ever had a problem with mine, but good to know it's their. I went to this salon today and had the pleasure of meeting Tom. He is the owner I believe and went above and beyond to make sure my nails came out perfect! I was having a problem getting a almond shaped nail how I wanted it. Well like I told him, “he’s the man”! Amazing job.
They gained a new customer and I can’t wait to go back!
Everyone is very kind, so many wonderful options for colors all displayed in a way that’s makes picking much up easier than looking at a bottle. 😊😊

I’ve been to almost every nail salon in Torrington.. and I cannot say enough good things about this salon. It’s super clean, everyone is extremely nice and professional. Tom is extremely meticulous in his work, and strives for perfect results. They even offer a 10 day warranty on their nails! Which to this day I have yet to take advantage of, considering I always leave satisfied beyond my own expectations. Amazing place.
