Bank of America (with Drive-thru ATM)

I had a fraud issue that was quite complicated... Locking old acct, opening new account, dealing with outstanding online bill pays, and more. I was helped by a representative name Janvi. Write that name down and request her if you go in. She was extremely helpful, knowledgeable, confident, thorough, professional, friendly, etc. She answered all my questions. She handled all my concerns. She was never stumped throughout the process. I will always deal with her in the future. Thank you very much, Janvi!!

Love goin to see the girls and guys at the bank. They help me so much being disabled. Great people!! Online thing I have to complain about now is the constant closing of bank with out any notification and there are no other branches in the town.i do business weekly.Have family members considering removing accounts because of inconvenience.

This is the only BOFA in Torrington. The ATMs here are always malfunctioning. That would mean that either the indoor or the outdoor ATM are unavailable. This occurs far too many times to not be a nuisance. I really dislike BOFA at this location due to lack of consistent ATM service.

done with this bank, fees for everything and this local branch has horrible hours. Closes at 4 when people get out of work and need banks most.

The woman I spoke to at the counter was extremely rude. Told me I had to sit there she count tens of thousands of dollars in cash on my own that she couldn’t help me. Then when I told them the people at another local branch had a machine that counted it, she gave me a dirty look. Typical Torrington…

This branch of Bank of America discriminates against people with disabilities! Idk if that’s BofA’s new corporate policy. But is it extremely tasteful thing that happened to us . The bank representative Elizabeth a.k.a. Lizz was extremely rude dismissive and was pointing blame to my girlfriend. And made us feel like we were beneath her and everyone else. Then she proceeded to lie and slander me behind my back. She was also discriminating against me based off of my ethnicity. If you ask me fire her and close that branch you would be doing the world good

What kind of bank charges $8! To cash a check that's made FROM THEIR OWN BANK. Crazy! Just a cash grab.

Branch manager Shahid Malick was useless and of no assistance. Poor attitude. Should be fired immediately
