After sustaining some damage to our roof with a downed tree during a major storm in August, we engaged with Nieves Home Improvement to get a quote. At that time an adjuster from our insurance company had already assessed the cost of repairs for the damage for the impacted portion of the roof. When Fernando came out and surveyed the damage he had a differing opinion based on his professional expertise and so with his help, I was able to negotiate for a full replacement of the roof. Fernando made recommendations on architectural replacement shingles, was out to do the work at the scheduled time and the crew was great; they were done in 2 days time, the house looks great, and you wouldn't know that anyone was here from the clean up. They are GAF certified and have provided me an extended warranty above and beyond the 30 years offered by GAF. I would highly recommend them for roofing and will look to consult with them on future projects.
