Town House Motel

I have a big family and I was having a hard time finding a big room for us and the manager Sean was so Understanding and awesome. He had a big family room with 2 twin beds and 2 Queen beds and they had a Pack & Play for my son. He is one great responsible and Respectful Manger. The motel is a nice and comfy place. A+ 💯

One of the old motels we stayed in but the cleanest by far. Called to reserve 30 minutes before and the young lady at the desk opened our room, turned on the A/C, and wiped down all the surfaces. The motel itself is so old (retro) that the tile in the bathroom was PINK!!! Was only there for the night but wished all our vacation motel rooms were that good. Would only be better if they did breakfast or coffee.

Clean rooms and friendly service. The staff were accommodating when we had an issue booking this motel with a third party website. There is a police station across the street and it was quiet at night.

We really enjoyed our stay at this motel. Nice accommodations, only thing no continental breakfast and no coffee pot in the room.

Very quaint place out of all the places I have stayed on my vacation this was by far the best. Very clean and comfortable and it still has a actual door key and the lady that helped us was so friendly . I would definitely stay again.

Not a 5 star hotel but thats not what you’re paying for here. Honestly much nicer than you might expect for a room at this price point. Remodeled rooms, fresh linens, cold AC, clean bathrooms and flat screen TV’s, in addition to friendly front desk staff? I would definitely recommend this place and will be staying again.

Only caveat is that they have metal keys and the front desk staff leaves at night so make sure you don’t lock yourself out of your room like I did.

I would highly recommend this hotel. We decided to stay there when we went on vacation a couple weeks ago. Two adults & four young children. We got a room that was perfect for our family! They were very accommodating to us & our requests. Extremely hospitable as well! We plan to stay there again next year.

Amber was amazing! She made us coffee when we got there and even gave my daughter a treat for the car ride! Thank you again Amber!! The rooms are clean the beds are comfy and the pool is nice. Definitely will be back!

The staff was friendly and helped us with directions to places and prices.We drove to Rapid City from Arkansas and were exhausted and they let us check in early.Pool was refreshing after running around all day,had plenty of towels.

Not a luxury hotel/motel but perfectly comfortable and clean. Front desk people were very nice and outgoing and helpful! At breakfast they went above and beyond making sure we got all the food we needed and told us to take some for the road. Inexpensive compared to the rest of the places in rapid city. Absolutely worth the stay. Also pool was semi-heated and very clean.

If you like boutique lodging, the townhouse is great value. The rooms are clean and staff is friendly. We always try to stay at small, local places. It was nice to be within walking distance to restaurants and ice cream. This is a nice motel downtown and we enjoyed our 2 nights there

It was a great, economical place to stay. Beds are comfortable and the room is clean. The breakfast of mini muffins, bagels, fresh fruit, etc was awesome. Sean checked us in and he was fantastic. He took the time to tell us about places to go and visit while here. We would definitely stay here again.

This motel off town was so good. Close enough to just walk into town right around the corner from some ice cream. Was very clean, the beds were very comfortable and smelled good. Bathroom was clean. Breakfast was good, they had mini bagels, English muffins and toast. Will recommend. 😊

Comfortable, great prices. We didn't partake in the breakfast since we had an early start but it was nice to have it included. We only paid $70 a room during the solar eclipse weekend which was a steal in my opinion. I'd definitely recommend it.

Small little motel but comfortable and clean. It's a bit dated but we enjoyed it, little blast from the past. Staff was awesome and did everything to make our stay great. Spent two days there, would stay again, nice location too.

Great place. Beds were soft. Plenty of towels. And we even got to bbq one night while the kids play in the pool. Wish there was hot food(like boil eggs or waffles for breakfast) need a waffle maker.

May not be a five-star Motel but rooms are plenty adequate, very friendly staff with a lot of information on the local scene, and the Price is Right.

The staff, it was awesome, I travel all the time, but haven't encountered such a lovely and helpful staff. Shaun was the local expert. Denise was always checking on us if we needed something. Kassey (I am sorry if I couldn't get her name properly, but she generally is available at the front desk in the mornings) was always upfront if we needed any help. The cleaning staff was also very polite and helpful. If you are a solo traveler or a group of friends visiting black hills or nearby spots, this is the place for you to stay. Totally worth more than the value of money that you spend.
