Had an issue shutting my freezer door. They scheduled me in within 48 hours and Tom was able to fix the issue in less than 20 min! He was extremely kind and personable and offered to come back if anything started acting up again.

Two experienced installers came to my home to install my LG Wash Tower. It was a difficult installation. I believe the installation took longer than anticipated because the unit had to be installed in a tight space. I never felt a sense of urgency that they had to get finished and move on to the next delivery. Superb job, and they worked very carefully in my home. Top notch.

Kevin came to check on our new electric range which was extremely slow in heating up and he discovered the problem and quickly fixed it. He was very professional and patient. Great service and highly recommend.

I always say we have the best of everything on the Shoreline. Appliance retail and service is one of those best things. Since moving to Saybrook almost ten years ago we've bought at least six appliances from Shore, with the most recent a 30" slide-in range delivered in 01/2023, and have utilized their home repair services. They have a very broad and diverse product selection with HIGHLY knowledgeable and friendly staff. They make the purchase and delivery easy. Delivery & installation crews are professional and efficient. If ever needed their repair services are fantastic. Technicians (special call out to Angus) are super knowledgeable, quick to schedule, and helpful. The best thing of all about ShoreTV is they're LOCAL. Jesse was great and installed our new dishwasher! He was very efficient, friendly, and patient with our dog who was very excited to have a visitor. He also showed me how to work the new dishwasher which was helpful.

Great customer service. Our old dryer broke just the other day... We are a busy hair salon with A LOT of laundry each day so we needed a solution fast! We decided it was time to get a new dryer as the old one was from 2014. They were able to find us a floor model that could be delivered next day & showed up on the early end of the delivery window. They were so nice and got everything set up quick, removing the old dryer for us. Thanks again!

We have used Shore TV & Appliance for our last two appliances (stove/oven and now dishwasher) and they have been great. They arrived during their scheduled window. They were in and out very quickly, cleaned up everything and did not leave a mess, and were professional and cordial. When we bought our oven there was an issue with a part from the manufacturer, and Shore TV corrected the issue quickly with no cost to us. It may be a little bit more expensive than buying an appliance at a big box store but it's worth it for the personal service.

I’ve bought all my appliances from Shore, They are price competitive, knowledgeable, and all around just great to work with on all appliance needs.

Dishwasher installed by Keith, an extremely polite and friendly young man. He was cautious about creating any damage, very neat and left no mess. Removal
of the old and installation of the new was quick. He gave me a tutorial on how to use the appliance before he left. Excellent experience!

Purchased a new microwave from Shores it was an excellent experience from ordering the micro to installation I was happy the item was in stock installed in three days! The staff was very friendly and knowledgeable and it was great doing business with them….

Our dryer stopped working and due to COVID we could not go out. We called Shore TV & Appliance and spoke with Mike who understood exactly what we were looking for and sent someone to the warehouse to confirm availability of a pedestal for the dryer. Within one day we had a new dryer installed. The installers (Connor and Jeff) were incredibly considerate and thorough.

We had our microwave burn out in April and we called Shore TV & Appliance to see about purchasing a new microwave. Mike had one of his workers drop the microwave off at our house on his way home. We had the microwave in less than an hour. That is why we buy local and from Shoreline! Thanks Mike!!!

...not quite 2 years later and the RECOMMENDED dryer DIED. The response from your team was you should have purchased a warranty. I'll let the reader decide how that was handled.

Great working with the experts at Shoreline TV & Appliances. We have bought several appliances here and the sales people are friendly, knowledgeable and very trustworthy. Their installation crew is excellent as well. Just had a dishwasher put in and the installer was quick and thorough and also very tidy. Highly recommend Shore TV in Old Saybrook ct.. while purchasing a new dryer I conducted the whole transaction virtually over the phone. The salesman was patient and courteous gave me several options, I researched features and models and finalized the sale , scheduled the delivery and install in days…the delivery guys were awesome too!
