They did a great job with our house. Very conscientious. Not an easy project either. Large house, 2 stories with edge banding. We called 3 companies. One was significantly higher, and one never called us back, but these guys did and at the expected price for our square footage.

We hired them to do the entire interior and exterior of our home and by far the quickest and best job done we've had !!!

Amazing work they did on my whole house

Me Rodriguez was hired to oil the beams inside and outside of our newly purchased home. A quote was agreed upon. After the job was allegedly completed, Mr Rodriguez attempted to extort more money than the original quote. After I refused, he became violently angry and threatened to place a lien on my home if i did not pay him the additional money immediately. I told him I was not paying it and he was going to finish the beams he did not oil, clean up all the beer cans/tape/toilet paper left on my property by his workers, and repair the damage done to the porch and sandstone caused by oil that was sloppily spilled onto those areas. Mr Rodriguez response was to tell me that his worker had removed a key to the property and he would return it after he was paid. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. They do poor work, damage property, attempt to extort more money than agreed upon and then threaten liens and that they “have a key to your property” if you don’t just pay what they demand!
