I recently had an unfortunate incident where my car was hit. I worked with Curtis and his staff, specifically Jessica McArdle, were very supportive and added a personal touch throughout the process. I was not surprised. Over the past two years Curtis' organization has always added a personal touch while giving my concerns immediate attention. It's nice to know that when I call with a question or concern they know me and are truly concerned. I would highly recommend Curtis Boyd and his organization if you are looking for an insurance company that gives you that personal attention. Finally an insurance company that takes that personal touch.

This group always delivers top notch service. I have been with them for many years and they are always helpful especially with short notice issues like today when I discovered I didn't have my current insurance card and I am 5 states away. Been with State Farm (Groton,CT) for some time now and I will say, for one, the individuals that work there and make the office run are phenomenal!!! Efficient and easy to talk to!! But, my overall review is State Farm has given me great prices. I’m 22 years old and pay for everything I can out of pocket! Last thing I need to worry about is not having car insurance. They make it easy, and at great rates!
