Always very helpful and understanding. Pharmacies deal with so much and more. They deal with different personalities, different doctors, and have to deal with a new virus, Covid. People need to have patience. Some of these complaints on here don’t deserve just 1 star.

I never had one problem here at all! The pharmacy had always filled my medications fast and would send a text message when my medications were ready to be picked up. Also the store had employees that have always been polite, kind, courteous, fast, and friendly! It is a very clean store and has public restrooms men or women's and the restrooms were also clean and sanitary.

I'm moving back to Florida in a few weeks, and I'm really going to miss the awesome staff here. If you have a choice between here or CVS I highly recommend you come here instead. I can't say enuf good things about this Walgreens's. Period.

I've already wrote a big review on the Walgreen app. I love this store and all the employees are very pleasant and kind. The prices and sales are great. The pharmacy is never short of the meds I take and they have never made mistake in almost 10 years.. I can totally depend on Walgreens. I want to give heartfelt thanks to all the employees continuing to work during this very dangerous virus. God bless and keep you all safe.

I picked up a prescription today and for whatever reason my insurance wasn’t covering it. The pharmacist (I didn’t catch her name) took her time to help me find discounts that took over $80 off my medication. I’m so grateful for the help and compassion!

The pharmacy department is excellent. Jay, the pharmacist was able to get my insulin for diabetes as efficient as possible. I have just ran out but actually the date to refill and he quickly called the insurance company to resolve the problem I had. I was also in a rush to get to work and I noticed he was really trying to help me out properly and as quick as possible. Highly recommend

I frequent this location at least a couple of times a week, by far their best associate is Rebecca, ALWAYS has a smile and a friendly greeting, there are two other employees who are not nearly as customer friendly, but the store is clean and we'll stocked, there is also a pharmacist who nicely helped me with a serious constipation issue a few months ago, keep up the good work 👍👍

Always helpful and friendly. Never had any problems with pharmacy or inside store. Pharmacy staff always try to help you and assist you.

I switched to Walgreens from CVS. CVS in Groton had/has some of the worst Pharmacists I have ever met. VERY unprofessional and offensive.. I moved over to Walgreens in Groton and met the Pharmacists there. Very helpful, professional, courteous. They are willing to help, will smile at you, will take the time to work with you. I since moved everything from CVS to Walgreens and have never looked back. Do yourself a favor and try it, if you have not. Also, as a bonus, if you're a member of their Walgreens program they offer some very good specials on drink in the refrigerated section. Red Bull and such is cheaper here than say Henny Penny or another Gas Station. All and all a better experience.
