Stop & Shop

My favorite market because of its clean and friendly atmosphere. It offers a vast variety of groceries with reasonable prices. It also has a bank and my favorite coffee shop Starbucks a plus for the store. Its the only store which has a robot named Marty who cruises around making sure the store is safe and clean. It alerts staff of unsafe areas that needs attention. Now thats putting your customers safety a priority. Enjoy seeing Marty on my shopping to Stop & Shop.

This place hands down, no doubt, seriously has the best fruit and vegetable selection of any other store in the area. Always pristine raspberries and strawberries. Good selection of other foods and they bring in unique eats. Check out the frozen seafood section and the international isles.

Great variety good sales clean well stocked store and friendly associates.

Donna, the manager of the Stop and Shop deli in Groton, Ct , and her staff are fantastic. I ordered several deli trays and platters for a surprise birthday party. Since I live out of town everything was done by phone. I was given advice about what to order and the most economical way to purchase it.
The night before the party I received a phone call from Donna explaining there had been a water main break near the store ; but , not to worry she and a staff member were going to go to another location at 6:00 a.m. to complete the order. Because she went above and beyond, the food was ready on time and everything was perfect. I really appreciate her professionalism, helpfulness and caring. Stop and Shop is fortunate to have her as their deli manager.

For the most part I have had no problems with this stop and shop over the 7 years I've gone there. Other than during hurricane and holiday seasons, I never felt like the aisles were ever overcrowded and plenty of parking in the plaza. The main reason I went here was because the grocery prices were considerably more affordable than the other places I visited with comparable selections (i.e. Big Y). If you live in Groton, I would definitely recommend this Stop and Shop as your main grocery store.

The staff is very helpful and friendly. Wendy the greeter smiles and says hello. I see her working hard cleaning the carriages with the guys who get them. I noticed she does the hand baskets too. Produce department is great too. I wanted to use the scale and a man helped me with the item number to figure out the exact price of what I was going to buy. When checking out the bagger asked me if I needed help with my items. I don't remember his name. It was nice because I did end up buying more than I had expected.

I enjoy going to this Stop and Shop because they offer curbside delivery for groceries as well as for the pharmacy. It's very convenient to have the groceries delivered right to your car and have any medicines you need brought out to the car as well. There is seldom a issue but if there's a problem with any of your grocery items customer service is very helpful.

They have lots of choices. Great for regular shopping or for small amounts for just this week

The staff are always friendly. I'm just sad they quit selling cheese ends in the deli. That's the best mix for Mac & cheese!

Love seeing that they are getting more dairy free options.

It was ok like any other stop and shop

Excellent grocery store.....wide selection of all types of food.....many organic selections. Fresh produce is always good and lasts long once you get it home....great selection of fresh fruits and vegetables...meats are always fresh and all team members are very helpful

I do love stop and shop. Out of all the grocery stores in our area I think they have the best combination of quality and competitive prices. If you're looking for name brand items that can easily be compared from store to store then another store may beat the price if there's a sale going on but for meats, fish and produce you can't beat the quality for the price. The stores are always clean and we'll staffed and conveniently located.

Convenient location just off route 95. They have a pretty decent selection of produce that is normally fresh.

Awesome grocery store has everything you need at affordable prices. I like that they have a Starbucks in there the coffee was delicious and fresh and hot. This whole grocery store and including Starbucks has very nice employees that are always willing to help out with whatever customer's need help with and this stop and shop has self checkout and people's bank as well inside.

I went food shopping here and everything was very fresh and tasty.service was fast and everyone is very accommodating and there were nolong lines which I love!

This stop and shop is great!! I do my shopping here and the staff is wonderful always helpful friendly and respectful! The store is clean and well stocked. The go out of their way to help if you need anything and listen to any concerns
