Wendy Ortiz has been fantastic in helping me with my insurance needs over the years. Most recently she secured me two policies to cover my renting out of one of home homes.

She is always highly responsive and goes the extra mile to determine the coverages that best suit my needs.

Justin Mayo is the perfect example of an agent that cares willingly and seeks to fulfills and satisfy the client’s needs and wants. I have yet to find one like him, why do I say that, because others are nice at first when they want your business but after the sale they seldom have the same enthusiasm and niceness they had before the sale and seldom they are as prompt to response to your emergency as Justin is. I give Justin 12 out of 10.

Nathan Hall provided me with last minute, and great insurance for my house after making repairs. Recently insurance prices are up, more than doubled with some companies, due to replacement costs doubling. Nat worked hard and stayed late at work and got me more insurance on my home and at a cheaper price (less than what I paying before the increases), and without having to add on my car insurance. So I got more and better insurance than what I was paying last year, and 2,200 off the price of what they wanted me to pay this year! Incredible!

Excellent agency. We've had a number of different insurance agents over the years-SIG has been the best. Our agent (Ed) really understands the riders your policy needs to truly protect you in case of something happening.

Raphael helped to move my insurance request quickly, and within just a couple of hours, I was holding a new policy! But his service didn’t need there. When I needed help securing another type of policy, he immediately called a friend in a different agency to take care of my needs.

After calling SIG Cheshire office several times with several voicemails and no response, I contacted Groton office and immediately got in touch with Audra J. LIFE SAVER! She walked me through the process was able to provide detailed information and apply discounts. Spoke for over 30 min and knew she needed to be my wife and I’s agent.
