Robert and Nathan from the night shift are sincere and helpful EVERYTIME I walk in to this Pilot. I am a regular and thanks to them I have never had a bad experience. They are truly the definition of great work ethics. So, I just wanted to take a moment for everyone to recognize their efforts and to say thank you to those two gentlemen. So thank you Robert and Nathan for your hard work & dedication to your job. I definitely appreciate it!

Amazing location. Yolanda is an amazing leader. The bathrooms, showers, and whoever store were incredibly clean and well organized. The staff was beyond friendly. Great location

For a PFJ, this place ranks pretty damn high compared to many many others in the chain. Updated showers, bathrooms pretty much tended to constantly, floors are clean everywhere, shelves are stocked and organized. Parking lots are clean and without the typical potholes. Would be better to trash the Wendy's drive thru and add a second/healthier option. Greasy Fast Food isn't cutting it.

Showers get very congested from 6pm-midnight. Plenty of hot water and clean. staff is ok. Spacious parking always available. No beer, liquor store across street closes early, Stop-n-Shop has until 10pm, 15min walk.

4/6/23: I spent 12hrs here I've been to many pilot truck stops. This one is by far the best one I've stopped at. The staff was helpful and the store manager Noah was out helping his staff. And was very attentive to the customers, kept theines moving. Also I think this is the only pilot enforcing prime parking.(Thank you!) In a area with limited parking as it is I was happy to see that there's still doing a great job and taking care of there customers. No doubt they have great leadership at this store. I will definitely recommend stopping here.

Friendly staff great selection however prices have doubled since my last trip here in 2018

I went to get a kit to break in My car. It has three or four options! It was a steal for thirty bucks!

All Pilot’s are, clean convenient and friendly. I haven’t been to one yet where I had to worry about filth or unpleasantness. ITS MY CHOICE STOP ON ALL THE ROADS I TRAVEL.

Best Pilot! Love the staff, clean showers and that cordon bleu pizza is on point for sure. Truck parking can be a little chaotic sometimes and fills up rather quickly so if you’re going to be there late I’d recommend reserving your spot.

As far as I know, it is the only pilot store in Connecticut. But it seems to be well maintained. Friendly staff. The shower room without waiting. I stayed for one night, but in the evening, I saw a few trailers that were being towed and watched by security. Maybe that's why there are parking space all day and nights.

It seems to be the best managed among the pilots I've been to.

Great pit stop while at work.....watch out for this guy who likes to block the pumps for 45 minutes had to back out of the pump and yes it's a western express guy 🙄

When I come take a shower I don't care about the mirror floor I care about one thing and that's that toilet bowl and Brandon thank you for not only having that shower room but you had that toilet bowl shinning made me feel like home to sit and relax without seeing the spots from the next person on that seat give that man a raise oooh I almost forgot that pressure and the water stayed hot my favorite pilot.

Very clean store. Lots to choose from. Great team. Thank you to Starr for serving me & my husband delicious meatloaf, mashed potatoes & green beans. After a long day on the road it really hit the spot and your smile made it all the better. The bathrooms look and smell wonderful. Showers too. Thank you Brandon (lot manager) for keeping the outside clean & organized. This Pilot is saved on our map & we will definitely be back.

12/29/22 -
Quick stop for gas. Best price around (today regular was $3.099 - 3.049 with Good Sam Card. It was night so I didn't get a chance to look around. According to Pilot/Flying J app this location is RV friendly. Will be important because will be passing by in April with our motorhome. Entrance seemed a little tight. Maybe there is a second entrance for trucks/motorhomes. Will report back then on additional details.

Attendants are super nice… very helpful 😃🥰⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

I didn’t grab the lady’s name this morning, but the one who came in today at 6am was running the whole store by herself! Not only that but her attitude was what we all wish to see or have! You don’t find service or patience like that these days and I hope she knows she’s appreciated!

Employees were great! Ordered a whole pizza and they made me a fresh supreme! Store was clean and well stocked. Lots of fresh fruits and salads!

I've been using this spot for a long time and is always being a treat to stop here staff is very excited. Bathroom are always very clean they have fresh coffee brew at all time and also they have a large inventory of snacks and some hot snacks. Very convenient location and easy to spot.
